It's like Best Buy times 10. They're not only about electronics because if you want a new washing machine or a vacuum cleaner they've got a whole section dedicated to that. But they're primarily electronics. Any kind of radio, any kind of TV, any kind of video, any kind of computer stuff whether its individual parts or whole or assembly packs. It's a huge store and probably covers at least 2 acres. I think they've got a replica of one of the space shuttles in the store. You got to be awake and know what the current price is because other than that you're likely to get ripped off there just like you would in any other store. I chose them because of their wide selection and availability and if they have something you can find it cheaper somewhere else, but in the end who is going to deal with you when you have a problem? With Fry's they're dealing with a local little brown guy who is from a small town and over the counter and they deal with him personally. You don't have to do it over the phone or through writing and all that kind of frustration. So they give you the experience of availability of merchandise and also to buy locally and to deal with real people. Some of them are very knowledgeable they know exactly what you want sometimes more. When you walk in there's always somebody there to greet you and to steer you.

I've never liked shopping at Fry's before for many reasons. But the fact that they wouldn't refund us for a set of 150ft coax R6 cables because they claimed that they are not in "good" condition was unbelievable. I returned them in the same condition I'd bought them. But these workers were so stuck up they would rather lose a customer over a $36 set of cables. I'll never buy from this company again and would warn other customers to be cautious. The quality of their products are not good hence the low price. Their return policy is even worse hence the lost of this customer. Good Luck.

I WAS SHOWN THE CORRECT MATERIALS I NEEDED TO CONVERT THE DRIVE AND SAVE POTENTIALLY LOST DATA. THE DEVICE IS SIMPLE TO USE AND KEPT ME FROM REBUILDING SEVERAL DATA BASES.

I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN. THEY WERE FINE. THEY WERE HONEST, AND THEY WERE ACCURATE. THEY TREATED ME FINE, AND NICE. THEY WEREN'T BAD, AND THEY WEREN'T RUDE.

WE PURCHASED A BIG SCREEN T.V. AND THE SALESPERSON WAS VERY HELPFUL AND VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND ANSWERED OUR QUESTIONS AND HELPED US CHOOSE THE T.V. THAT WOULD BEST SUIT OUR HOME.

IT WAS UNDER WARRANTY SO THEY FIXED FOR FREE. WHILE THE COMPUTER WAS IN THE MANUFACTURER THEY LET US USE ANOTHER ONE. THE SERVICE WAS GOOD AND COMPUTER WAS FIXED ON SCHEDULE.
