Prompt, courteous, available almost immediately. In and out, and we thought VERY reasonable. Detailed explanations up front about diagnosing issues, recommended fixes. They did omit some partial roof tiles at a joint but took care of it when I pointed it out.

He was very courteous and addressed the problem right away on top of having a very pleasant personality, according to my wife. Called within 1 hour of my email, beat 3 other bidders by 1/3rd. Rescheduled appt 4 days in advance and came on the rescheduled day on time. Cleaned up site and was there to check progress. Very professional, will recommend your site as well as roofing company.

He showed up within 2 days as he had promised. Took care of the entire job at surprisingly reasonable price. I am very pleased with this experience.

You also told me it would take 3 days to complete the job and it was done the 3rd day. The workers were very polite, friendly, and then clean up very well.
