Mike is a true professional in an industry with many unprofessional and unskilled players. Not only does he do what he says he's going to do when he says he is going to do it, he then does it skillfully. Beyond that, he took and active interest in educating me about how and why he was doing what he was doing. The hallmark of a business/owner that cares about its customers. Even after the project was completed I was contacted to let me know that he wanted to stop by and try something that might further optimize my settings and energy efficiency. As a 20 year business owner in the home improvement space, I encounter service businesses and contractors all the time. Very few are on par with Mike the Poolman.
