We had a leak under stamped concrete patio. They found it with their sound equipment, and pinpointed it within a couple of square feet. We had some laborers jackhammer that area and they found the leak. I highly recommend them. They replaced our septic tank and cleaned in the past.

The service was efficient, prompt, and professional. The work crew were experienced and knowledgeable. They took care to preserve the landscaping and restore the part of our yard and garden that had to be disturbed. We will call them again if we need plumbing services.

did an OK job. tech was not especially professional. price seemed high for what was done. have used another plumber since and they seemed more reasonably priced as well as more professional.

They arrived on time Tuesday afternoon and Eric started digging to find the septic tank - using their camera and a county permit plan that I had available. Eric and Gil found the septic tank and pumped it out. They worked late to get it done - had to come back the following morning to "typhoon" out the lines to the leach fields. When they returned, they used their camera to find what they thought was the Distribution Box - but which, in reality was a crushed pipe from the Septic Tank to the Distribution Box - it had been crushed by rocks and roots (never plant oleander near a septic tank!). They dug out the pipe, replaced it with a new one, found that the (very old) cover of the Distribution Box was rotted out redwood, so they got a new Distribution Box, replaced the old one, then flushed out to the leach field (which was thankfully fine). Dom (the owner) communicated with me frequently and clearly. The guys were polite, timely, and clean (considering what they were doing!). Not sure if price competitive, but work was of high quality... I would definitely recommend!

I decided to have the toilets in my elderly parents house replaced for convenience to them, (their old ones were too short and slow etc.). I called a few companies from Angie's List but Domco really stood out. The woman who answered the phone was very polite and helpful. I had pricing questions and she said that the owner was in the office so I could speak to him directly. He jumped right on the phone and let me know matter-of-factly which kind of toilet would be best for my parents, giving me options, not just the cheapest or most expensive but really what my best bet would be as far as durability etc. He was very knowledgeable. I decided to go ahead and set the appointment. Unfortunately I couldn't be there to meet the installer but my parents praised him lavishly! He called me with an exact estimate of the cost to get my okay before starting any work. The installer was so kind and professional to them. He cleaned up all the mess and made sure the toilets were to their exact liking before he left. I have never had such an easy and hassle free experience with a service company. Not only were they knowledgeable and polite, but a delight to meet such enjoyable people. I recommend them to everyone at work and my friends, and I am sure my parents do too!! As far as pricing went, I am very glad I chose the toilets I did and they are well worth the price I paid. I even got a discount on the second one since I did two at the same visit. They have very reasonable prices for hard working persons like myself.

I had a leak in the water main between the street and my house. I called Domco and they came right and gave me a written estimate of $375 to find the leak. The plumber also gave me an estimate of $375 to dig down to the leak and $125 to fix it but I did not realize that these were not written down. I tracked down the location of the leak and dug the 2.5 feet to the broken pipe. A different plumber came, cleared the gravel and repaired the pipe in less than 1 hour. He charged me $375. I thought it was a misunderstanding but the manager has refused to call me back to adjust the price. Bottom line; $375 per hour and DO NOT trust a verbal estimate. It was my fault to pay the bill but I work out of town and only home on the weekend and he was able to do the job quickly.

Very stressful and frustrating. The "faucet" installed had plastic pieces that leaked all over. Had to get the owner to authorized a steel faucet. 25 days into warranty coverage a leak occurred in the wall that was the attachment to the ice maker at the refrigerator. It discolored the wall and the rug. I had to move heaven and hell and talk to numerous people and finally I got the owner to get him to replace the little valve and copper piece at the refrigerator without additional cost. Quality of work overall was poor and I had a sense that they were cutting corners at customers expense.

Not good. First, he measured the rough in twice and gave me two different measurements for one toilet. He said I would have to talk to the owner to get an estimate. He called him and I was told he was "busy" and he would call me back. It never happened. Waste of my time since I took off early from work to keep this "appointment".

I felt that these guys had competitive prices. They were on time and they worked quickly and efficiently. They had a very honest attitude and were very competent. They cleaned up well afterwards.

They were able to come out on a Saturday to do the work and didn't charge extra to do so. They seemed honest and were very hard working. They did a nice job in a timely fashion. The price was also fair.

He was on time and he didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. He was also a very pleasant person to deal with. I have a warranty with the homeowners association and the job only cost me $40 out of the $250 total charged.

Good price was excellent. Took 6 hours to do these things in a timely. Disposed of the toilet on free of charge. The cost of this service was very, very reasonable. Can out for estimate and did the job and everything in one day.

We purchased a sink with larger depth during our kitchen remodel. The sink was too deep for the drain. Domco lowered the drain pipe. They were on time and professional.

Company sent technician (Troy) the same day. He was on time, courteous and the workmanship was great. Job went smoothly and he added some small extras at no charge. Clean-up was very good as well.

I called the company around noon and a plumber showed up within a half hour. I explained the problem, he went to work, and the problem was taken care of.

Great. Showed up on time and finished the job very quickly.

Through my home warranty coverage I have used Domco Plumbing five times over the past four years. Their service is excellent, but today was outstanding.

Turned out to be a bit tougher than expected, but all work was performed flawlessly in the end.
