I won't go anywhere else for anyone because they're great cheaters. I just had so many headache with so many different plumbing companies you wouldn't even want to go. Domco, I found them after like five different very bad experiences with plumbers. For a simple fix that I couldn't have done myself, the other is wanting a thousand or two thousand dollars which is ridiculous, so Domco came. It was a water main break and it was a good experience. I've been using them for a couple of years. It was December of 2014, I had a water main break and I called several different companies to get estimates and they were probably the most reasonable and I decided to go with them which I'm glad I did because they were upfront and very good place. I wouldn't call any other plumbing place. They were quick to respond. They were very polite. They're quick to get back to you. They got the plumbing to both my houses for a couple of years ago. It's cool. They'd give you a good price. They're good, they're honest and they have integrity.

Excellent Service!! We discovered a waste water back up at our home on a hillside in El Dorado Hills. The Domco team diagnosed our problem and performed the necessary repairs to get us back in service. While performing the repair Robert went over and beyond the call identifying a related issue that needed to be addressed by me as a homeowner. I greatly appreciate that type of support from Robert as well as the rest of the Domco team during our experience. Thank You!!

I had a main water line leak.  I called and asked if they were actually located in our local area of Wilton and was told yes.  I explained the problem, that we had dug out the leak area to the point of the leak which was a 2 or 3" pipe at a joint.  The worker pumped it out and quoted me $750 for the repair.  That seemed very high and I questioned that, but he assured me there was no way for him to do it for less, even though it was a "simple" (his words) job.  This was Friday morning around 8:30 and I had initially called Wednesday around 6 PM with an initial promise for repair on Thursday- but no one followed up, and Thursday my 7 AM call found them already booked.  I felt somewhat desperate, so I agreed to the $750.  While the worker was here and the pump evacuating the water from the hole, I asked him if he was familiar with electric water heaters as advertised on his truck, and he assured me he was.  I asked him if he could tell me if my electric water heater was turned on and not working, or turned off because although seldom used,  I had not gotten hot water from it in some time.  He looked at it and told me electric water heaters don't have on and off knobs; they are hard wired in and if the breaker is on, the water heater is on. 

After that I came in the house and left him to the repair.  He came in at 10:10 AM and said he was finished and the leak was repaired.  He also said I could not turn the water of for 4 hours, so he'd come back later and turn it on- OR he could give me $100 off if I wanted to turn the water on myself.  When I asked what else needed doing, he said nothing.  So, I agreed and said so I owe $650? and he answered with $675.  Apparently we don't do math the same.  There was nothing written on the paperwork regarding the initial job price nor the 'discount'- only that I was turning the water back on.

When I looked later and realized he had not even filled in the hole, that he was here for less than 2 hours and used parts that are fairly inexpensive, I realized I had really been gouged with the $675 I ended up paying.  My call to the office to ask about pricing left me with only that they price 'by the job' and not by the hour.  Beware. And please note- DOMCO is not located in Wilton.

I called Domco Plumbing at 12:45 PM on a Sunday. They had one of their guys out to our house before 1:30 PM. Duane was extremely professional and courteous. He walked us through the problem, clearly explained the cost and what needed to be done. I honestly could not have had a better experience. I would not hesitate (and will not hesitate) to recommend and use them in the future!

Wow!!! I called Domco around 9:45 am and was told the plumber would arrive same day between 10 and noon. The plumber, Cole, called a little after 10:00 to let us know he would arrive in 20 minutes. He arrived as promised and was professional, polite and knowledgeable. Our disposal just needed the reset button pushed for now...how embarrassing! The hot water dispenser leak is fairly normal but Cole explained how difficult it will be to replace it because of the configuration in the island. The life of both items is limited so Cole advised us what to watch for and provided an estimate to replace them when they go out. No charge for today. The estimate seems fair so I definitely know who to call when we need to replace one of the items.

The guy (can't remember his name) came to my house as scheduled. I told him that I would like to install a wall mounted toilet in my fairly small bathroom. When he finally realized that I wanted the tank for the toilet installed in the wall (as designed) he just shook is head and said that it would be very expensive. He then said that he didn't know just how expensive it would be but that he would talk to his boss and then get me the estimate. I gave him the catalog numbers for the toilet, tank and flush actuator plate and my e-mail address. That was a week ago and I still don't have the estimate. Very disappointed.

Eric worked for 3 hours on my problem. He went from the outlet drain in the back to climbing on the roof to scope the whole system. He ended up pulling the toilet and using the largest auger I have ever seen. Eric also went through my washer out take to check. I feel he went over and above to fix the problem. He charged as he originally stated for the removal of the toilet. This was amazing because he worked very hard and did an excellent job. He gave advice on how to limit the problem in the future because my house is 60 years old and there has been updates and remodels that have created areas of concern. I plan on taking the advice and have Domco replace my main outlet so if I have a blockage again (high probability) it will take minutes and not hours to clear. This advice will save because I planned on demoing the concrete around the existing outlet drain this year and now  I can plan with the concrete company to connect to the new drain line at the street. Eric informed me that this line existed. I say bravo! bravo!

Justin was wonderful. They are very detailed. We have a lot of faith in them. I would recommend them any time for plumbing.
