The plumber showed up at the scheduled time. He slipped on shoe covers before proceeding to the bathroom. I accepted his work estimate and he completed the job in about 30 minutes. I've used Domco Plumbing before and I'm pleased with their work and reasonable prices.

Domco Plumbing came on a Saturday!  Not many companies work on those days.  The plumber provided a clear and detailed written estimate and then did the job efficiently and carefully.  The estimate was higher than one I received from another company but they could do the work that day.  Since I had a coupon from Angie's list, it reduced the price to one that I could live with for the convenience.  The plumber was courteous and clear, and the area was clear and clean after the job.

We had a backed up front bathroom problem to the point it was inopperable.  Several plumbers quoted high numbers, came with faulty camera scanning systems.  Domco came in with a professional product, and an expert camera scanning employee.  They flushed out system (which plumbing should have maintenance), recommended a newer model toilet, and cleaned up when done.  Upon completion of the service, my home is back to new again and so am I.  There are few things that can stress a person out, this was one, but Domco Plumbing took care of me, calmed my worries, remedied the situation, and let me down gently with the involved costs.  Things are back to normal and we are please with the service.

Called several plumbing outfits late Sunday afternoon and received two estimates.  One was outrageously high and the other was moderate.  Due to these estimates, and since the main water had to be shut off, we decided to stay the night in a hotel.  We would return home in the morning to get the estimate from Domco.  Jeremy and Robert came as promised (9:00 a.m.) and gave us an estimate of $175 to repair the pipe.  We canceled other plumbing companies lined up for estimates on the spot and went ahead and accepted their bid since their price was clearly reasonable.  After giving the go-ahead, Robert and Jeremy completed the job (I believe in 20 to 25 minutes) and instructed us to keep the water off for four hours in order for the glue to dry.  If we should notice any leaks we were to give them a call back. Robert and Jeremy were very polite and showed utmost professionalism.  I would definitely hire Domco again in a heartbeat!!

The repair man arrived, looked but didn't determine the water damage...just said it looks like there was a leak because the overflow cover had moved upside-down, causing the water to get under the tub. He wrote on the invoice he performed water repair, charging me $250. I called my insurance who needed his findings - yet he never wrote this info on my invoice. After numerous phone calls, I gave up trying to get him to provide info for my claim. Had to hire another, more experienced plumber who gladly found, corrected, and worked with my insurer to repair my bathroom. To this day I'm disappointed he never called back or followed up. He seemed glad to take my payment that day, certainly wasn't available when I need repairs or written findings for my damage. Missed opportunity as I ended up remodeling that  bath plus all four bathrooms....

They had a high rating and they have been very good at making commitments but did not work out to reality.

This is the first time I used Donco, but they'll be the first number I call for any future plumbing issues.

They got here quickly and they got it done.  The price might have been a little high but they did a good job.  It was a little expensive.

I was given a 2 hour window when I made the appointment to have my septic tank cleaned.  During the window, I received a phone call from the driver telling me he was on his way and would be here in 20 minutes.  Almost to the second he pulled into my driveway.  I showed him where the tank was located and he advised me to close all my windows until he was finished, a very thoughtful concern.  The whole process took about an hour and when he left, it looked like he was never there.  The site was completely cleaned and restored to the same condition as when he arrived.  The price was very reasonable and the service was absolutely first rate.  I asked to be put on a reminder call list when I am due for another cleaning.  This is the first time I had my tank pumped and as long as I live here, I will be glad to use their service.

Everything was great. This repair was over two days as two separate calls. In both cases, they agreed to come quickly and showed up early. Everyone that did the work was courteous and professional and all work was completed quickly. Would definitely use them again without hesitation.

The technician spent a great deal of time getting the problem right.  When the system started leaking again the next day, he returned and spent a lot of time correcting the problem, at no extra charge.

Domco was punctual and provided a quote on the spot.  They came back the next day with the necessary parts and took care of my issue quickly.  Would call again.

I have never felt compelled to write a review until now.  Sewage ejection tank had overflowed into the backyard.  Sump pump circuit breaker tripped.  Domco sent Gil to clean tank so we could determine the condition of the sump pump.  He arrived within 30min and after listening to my description of the problem got right to work.  He took a little longer to clean the tank since he also removed several roots in the tank from a nearby tree and a large bush saving some samples in case the pump plumber needed them.  He even cleaned up some dog waste around the area.  Gil then called in a description of the pump which was still not working.  Domco sent for pump tech Duane to evaluate the pump and to give an estimate - he arrived within 45 min of the call.  Duane was briefed by Gil examined the pump and determined the 10yr old pump just finally failed.  He quickly got an estimate and after my approval both Duane and Gil went right to work to replace the sump pump.  Duane dived into the tank during the install completely cleaning it free of remaining roots inaccessible during the cleanout.  He also did additional cleaning of the conduit to the electrical circuits which had gotten wet due to the previous float being improperly set and allowing seepage into the circuit boxes from underground.  He did his final tests and from my first call to final paperwork it was less than 4hrs!  While very few plumbing jobs are inexpensive, I really felt I got good value today between the prompt, courteous and PROFESSIONAL service and the Angie's coupon.  I don't know if Gil and Duane are typical of the technicians at Domco, but I would definitely hire these guys again! 

My husband noticed the leak (our property is on a slope so we didn't notice the leak for a while as it was flowing downhil under shrubbery. We called Domco and they came out the next morning with their equipment and located the leak within about 30 minutes of careful listening.  We were very impressed.

I called them on a Saturday morning and they were at my house within two hours. The Service person was knowledgable and professional and had the job done in less than an hour using a 'snake' to clear a clogged pipe. He was concerned about the keeping the house clean which I appreciated. I would call them again for a plumbing problem.

They gave a good estimate. While working on the water heater, he walked away from it. It fell through my hallway wall. He replaced it. The paint does not match the original color. So I have a mismatched section of wall. I do not recommend him. I will not use him again.

They did a good job.  I would use them again in the future if I needed to.

.I was given a time and I wainted but the truck did not arrive.  I called DOMCO and learned that there had been a mistake with scheduling.  The person on the phone apologized for the delay and said another truck was being dispatched.  The truck arrived a short time later.
The service guy apologized again for the delay and pumped out the tank.  The guy was very knowledgeable about septic systems and gave me some good advice about keeping the septic system operating effectively.  I was very impressed with the guy's expertise and his customer service.  When he gave me the bill, he told me his boss had told him to take $50.00 of the bill due to the scheduling mistake.

I liked the service so much that I had my name put on a reminder list.  DOMCO will call me in 5 years to service the septic tank.
I would recommend DOMCO to anyone who needs a septic tank pumped.

We had sewage backing into the first floor shower.  I called DOMCO around 8:15 AM and the service plumber was at our home within an hour.  He first determined the location on the blockage then gave me a price quote to clear that issues.  Then I asked him to snake and clear the shower drain and he gave me the price for that service. 

It took less than an hour and the entire problem was resolved.  The Plumber was very clear in giving me an understanidng of the issue and options. He left the bathroom clean and disinfected.  I am very pleased with the service and will use then again.

Two Domco employees responded, put covers on their shoes to come in the house, snaked out the drain, and were on their way out... all in about 20 minutes. They were professional, polite, clean, and did the job.

It turned out the entire plumbing system had to replaced because the kitec inner layer of tubing was degraded and failed.  I called a contractor and had my home comepletely re-piped.

Had a faucet break that spewed water all over.  The shut-off was also faulty.  Called Domco and they immediately sent someone out who repaired the line and replaced the faucet. They also gave us advice on how to do a clean-up of the wet conditions without having to call a water damage specialist.  Saved us a truckload of money there.   We have over the last couple of years used Domco as our "go-to" plumber.  We have probably spent $2,500.00 to $3,000.00 in that time.  They serviced and repaired our ejection pump as well as providing help for the "usual" plumbing issues found in an older home in which the previous owners remodeled NOTHING according to code.  They have always been prompt, courteous, reasonable priced, and professional.  Can't ask for more!
