We cannot say enough about the amazing job SoCal Softwash did for us! We would highly recommend Sid and his crew for any roof cleaning needs you have. They were very professional, competent and friendly. They communicated with us in such a prompt manner every step of the way...from reaching out to them for a quote, receiving their bid, scheduling the appointment, coming out to do their fabulous work, and emailing us a full report to forward to our insurance company with detailed photos. They did such a through and great job transforming our roof. Our new insurance company required the moss from our roof to be removed by a licensed and insured company in order for us to continue having coverage with them, and SoCal Soft Wash saved the day!

It went beautifully. They did a terrific job, and I didn’t have to take off from work to be home during their service.

Awesome job! In all of my years of having work done on various properties, I have never seen a more professional organization. Sid takes real pride in his work, and his Company's level of communication with the customer is superb. We needed a commercial/residential building completely washed after a year of neglect. I contacted 3 companies for a bid, and Sid was the only one that communicated exactly how he would complete the job. His office reached out to me right away, and scheduled a meeting to review the job in person. He priced the job very competitively considering the amount of work that it needed. He was honest and thorough, and scheduled the job when it worked for our group. At one point, we thought we would need to shift the timing, and his office was quick to accommodate our schedule. When Sid and his team arrived to do the work, they communicated with all of the tenants and residents to be sure that all of their concerns were met first. The job took two full days, and Sid even returned a third day just to get a couple of places that he felt "could be better" even though we were completely satisfied. The before and after pictures are incredible. We are very pleased with the level of detail and care they took with our property, and very impressed with their integrity. Sadly, there are few companies out there that care this much about their customers' needs, but this Company stands out. This is truly a family owned business that stands behind their word. I highly recommend going with SoCal Softwash for any outdoor cleaning project at your home or business.
