Had a roof leak situation going on. Courtesy Roofing took care of it fairly quick. While the pricing was higher than expected, they guaranteed that they would not charge more than quoted, even if they need to make additional repairs that were not part of the quote. This and the 7 year warranty made me feel better about paying a little extra for piece of mind

Mr. Ian was courteous and provided visuals of the damaged area on our roof. He laid out the plan and provided additional images of each phase in the repair. The true test of the repair is when we get another strong down pour. I will follow up with another review after that happens here in san diego

He did not bring his own tiles and used what the builder left on the roof top, but he was so smoothly lied with pleasant attitude. Courtesy price was $300 higher than other bidder. Because he came out in the rain to give me the quote I hired them.

In October, the company repaired the asphalt (non-shingle) roof of our patio efficiently and professionally, while touting a seven-year warranty, which gave us more confidence in hiring them. During the rains that started in March, the roof leaked around the skylight. We contacted our rep, Darren, who said he was going to let the company know. Since then, we have heard nothing from Darren or the company. We have tried multiple times to contact him and the company with no response. The voice mailbox of the local office is full. We even called the main 800 number, which accepted our message, but have received no response from them. UPDATE: Darren apparently left the company and, the company never got back to us. However, we finally managed to get a hold of someone on one of our calls, and they sent a roofer on May 12, who fixed the roof to our satisfaction. We are increasing our rating from one star to three as a result.

They showed up on time. Knew what they had to do. I watched the repair and they were knowledgable and efficient. I have a concrete tile roof and no tiles were damaged in the removal or replacement. The only issue was some of the dirt from the job ended up in my gutters. No big deal. I haver to say I would definitely use them again.

The Estimate went very well, everything explained in details and what the guarantee. Price was not the lowest but felt the backed their work well. The crew did a great job, in and out quickly with the repair done. Only downside was the communication between Owner and Coordinator getting on same page. Day this was scheduled (Friday) they did not show up at the time specified, The coordinator or the Owner did not notify me the crew got tied up on another job. Instead of them coming right over late in the day and rushing the repair, i suggested we reschedule. We rescheduled for Tuesday the next week with the owner. I guess the message did not get through and the crew showed up bright an early ready to go Saturday morning. I went ahead let them proceed with the work. They were fast, thorough and picked up after themselves. He said the coordinator would send me the photos soon. its been over a week and I have been in contact with the coordinator twice and still no photos. Bottom line over all a great job. Just seem a little unorganized with the communication and scheduling.

I was scheduled for repair on a Saturday, but thee called with an earlier opening which I took.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff, quoted and came out the next day to repair my roof.

I am modifying my review as they do appear to work hard when they are here and attempt to resolve the issue the best they can. However, I am leaving the customer service at .5 as it has been a real challenge to get a hold of them. They were great in the beginning when the initial work was being done but after that emails, calls, and texts went unanswered. Do not even bother with emails. Calls and texts are your best bet but do not expect a follow up for days. On rare occasion you may get a text or call right away. I understand people are busy but it takes seconds to text a quick reply. As I am writing this I had an appointment at 10 AM for them to come out a 3rd time to fix a leaking roof and it now 1PM. I was told I should receive a call from the roofer and no call and no show. This has been a very frustrating experience. To give them the credit for at least coming out to fix the leak and honor the 5 yr warranty. Nightmare continues. I contacted them on 3/19 that the roof is still leaking. Texts go unanswered and no replies for days. 2 no shows and just excuses that the roofer was stuck on another job. If you schedule me at 10AM do not have another job scheduled before then or at least follow up. Even though we are stuck at home it is still not nice knowing someone could be knocking on your door at any hour. A lot of these types of companies give a window like 10-12AM due to variability in traffic and how long they will be at a previous job but this one just does not show and never tells you that they can not make it until your text or call multiple numbers trying to get in contact with someone. They have more office meetings than a corporate office also which apparently is why a lot of texts and calls go unanswered. I am starting to think that they think I will just go away if I am ignored. I will for a full refund.
