Elias was hired to seal a foundation wall that had a slight leak. He not only sealed the outside wall, but also applied a layer of cement followed by a second coat of the sealer the next day. We feel confident that we will not have any more leaks in the future.

Wonderful, reliable and competent

The 5 stars rating for Elias is really too low. In the past, we worked with a lot of different contractors, but Elias is the best of the best. Very professional, hard working and perfectionist. His priority: work well done as if it was his own place. Very responsible & responsive. Besides, if he can help you in any way, he will. If you have a problem with a painter who withdraw at the last minute, he will spent his spare time to search for another and the replacement is excellent. He renovated my whole house from bottom to top. Not only is he professional and very skilled but he also work at a very decent price and the icing of the cake .....he has also a wonderful personality.
