FAST FIX JEWELRY & WATCH RPR

On 6-31-15 I took my pocket watch in to Fast-Fix for repair. I was told it would be $300.00 for the watch to be overhauled.I was notified on 07-27-15 that the watch was ready to be picked up, I picked it up and paid the $300.00. The watch stopped working
the next day. I took the watch back to Fast-Fix on 07-31-15 and was told it would be ready in 2 weeks. I was not notified that it was ready but went to find out on 08-18-15. It was ready and I was told that it worked fine. The watch stopped working that night. I took the watch back to Fast-Fix on or about 08-24-15. I was told it would be ready in 1 week. I went back on 09-01-15 and picked up the watch. I left the business and within 2 or 3 hours the watch stopped again.  I went back to Fast-Fix and they took the watch again 
to do repair on it and said it would be 3 weeks before I got it back. I went in on 09-21-15 to see if it was done and was told that it was sent to San Diego for repair and would be back in about a week. On 09-28-15 I was called by Fast-Fix and told that the watch
was ready and that it had been running fine for 4 days with no problems. I left Fast-Fix at 11:40 am and by 11:45 the watch had stopped. I returned to Fast-Fix  at 11:52 and asked for my money back since they could not or would not repair the watch. The person on duty called the manager and said that they would have to remove the main spring before I got my money back. I said that was not going to happen and that I would take them to small claims court to get my money back. The repair has a 1 year warranty but I have given them plenty of chances to do the job. The watch was given to me by my father and I am now wanting to pass it down to my son.
