We prepare permit submittal packages for owners, architects and contractors. We also do forensic inspections of buildings to determine the presence and severity of suspected structural problems, including foundation settlement or failure. Not all cracks are the signs of impending doom but some are and you need someone who knows what caused the cracks and what they mean.

He did received 1 star, only because we followed his advice. We had 4 bids to do foundation repairs on our home. He was hired to help us sort through the bids to find the best solution. I was disappointed at the lack of technical analysis and review of our different bids. After walking the perimeter and looking at the drainage and landscaping he compiled list of steps to take before committing to the foundation repairs. We asked for an invoice for his short visit ($350 evaluation), which has not appeared in over 10 days along with a written summary of his recommendations . I feel his follow-up has been completely unprofessional and I would not encourage other homeowners to use this company.

They are on time, and the quality is absolutely great, work is very good, excellent personality, price was very good compared to others we received. If you are looking for good quality, this is it!
