 + -1 moreI ended up calling them through Angie's List and I got excellent advice. I didn't have work done on the car but they were very knowledgeable and he spent a good amount of time with me, trying to diagnose what was going on. I was very happy with at least the diagnostics that I got and I have him on my use in case my normal mechanic isn't available. My mom was having car problems and we weren't really sure what to do. The mechanic we have normally is generally pretty high. I wanted a second opinion and an educative one. The guy I talked to was really good. He took the time and I explained what my questions were. He went over it and did several different paths of what to do. It was excellent customer service.
Description of Work: Tim Terry's Auto Service gave me an advice for a car problem my mom faced.

 + -1 moreThey were able to look at the car immediately, replenished the brake fluid, didn't charge me, and I was out in about 5 minutes.
Description of Work: I came with my wife's care with the parking brake indicator light intermittently coming on. This can indicates that the brakes need work. They looked at the fluid reservoir, noticed that it was low, and filled it.

 + -1 moreEverything went well as usual. The dealer quoted me $229.00. Don did it for $68.00. It's not just the price that I like about him (his prices are like most independent shops) it's that he's very competent and honest. A cut above the rest.
Description of Work: Over the past 27 years Don Hegrat has done all the work on my cars. Recently he serviced my 06 Volvo XC90.
