As a Master Elite contractor with GAF, we offer some of the best warranty options in the business for your composition shingle roofs. Our owner Mike Rochholz was a former representative for two of the major tile companies and maintains excellent relationships with the with manufacturers of top concrete and clay tile products on the market. We also are proficient and have manufacturer's training in both metal roofing and low-slope (flat roof) applications.

Mike visited the work site three times to check on things. I watched most of the repair work. The two workers, Guillermo and Juan, worked hard and effectively. They were also courteous and neat. Guillermo was obviously highly experienced, and he found a problem area that had not been appreciated before the work began. The crew worked without interruption during each of two days required to complete the job. Except for one area at the side of the house (probably overlooked), Guillermo and Juan cleaned up everything when they had finished.

We thought it would have to be replaced but he told us we had five more years on the roof. He replaced the edging. We could have gotten someone who would have sold us a new roof sooner than we needed to replace it. The experience was very good. The owner came out to look at the work while it was in progress. I plan on hiring them in five years for my new roof.

Sequoia Roofing's owner (Mike) came to estimate my roof. He was on time and very personable. He measured my roof and then discussed several different options with me. The other two bidders that I had come out seemed as though they had much better things to do. Sequoia's pricing was right in line with the other two bidders. I chose Sequoia because I felt comfortable with them. The job went off perfectly. The owner was at my home everyday that work was being done. My roof is great. Sequoia is really the best company that I have ever had do work for me. I would never use another roofer.
