They came on time to estimate the cost. Came a day late to repair the roof. Requested photos of the repaired roof...promised to send them to me thru my E-mail. 3 days now ..NO photos.

I was on a tight schedule to get my roof repairs done in order to get our house ready to put on the market. Protecta Roofing Inc was the only company to come out within the week. They had guys on site on Saturday and Sunday and completed the job within two days. The temps and humidity were awful but they pushed through and got it done. I would hire them again and I highly recommend them.

Unfortunately they did not show at 08:00. Finally arrived at 13:00. The guys did a great job.

Mario arrived for our appointment on time. He provided me with an estimate that was very reasonable for the amount of work involved. I did have to email them for a written quote but received it the next working day. I had my roof replaced, all of my fascia boards & gutters. I am very pleased with the quality of work. They started on the agreed date, coming each day by 8am. My only con was the daily cleanup. It was not up to my standard but by the end of the job they removed all the debris. Overlooking the cleanup I would recommend this company

We are very happy with the installation and the follow-up work that was performed by Protecta Roofing. After the heavy rainstorm, we checked the gutters and there were no wet spots on our house. Very happy with that type of results.

This is a family owned operation and customer service was great.. Their quote was the best out of 4 & I received it the next day after Edith was here. They were very efficient, worked quickly and cleaned up the area each day. I would certainly recommend them and use them again if needed.

I hired them but work not schedules for 6 days, Was given very good quote and the work being done and how fully explained. Was given quote immediately with no waiting till they get back to you. Look forward to having work done on Wed next week.
