They are awesome! They did great work. They have the best price. I looked up their manufacturer - they are well reviewed so they are using good products. They were timely, professional, and processed a rebate from the manufacturer that I didn't even know about.

From start to finish everything was excellent. From my initial call to the final installation, I was impressed by the professionalism and courtesy of all Coughlin employees. Their estimate was the lowest ($500 less than the highest from Newman) of four. I could not be more satisfied.

Coughlin Windows and Doors were top notch from estimate through installation. We will certainly use them again to do the rest of our windows. The three interactions we had (estimate, measurement, and installation) were easy and quick, while their communication was top-notch. As a bonus, they also had the best price, but not at the expense of the windows they installed, which are well reviewed.

It was great from start to finish. Steve and Steve arrived promptly at 8 am and were done by 12:15. They waited to greet the stucco repair guy and show him what had to be done. Steve came back at about 2 to make sure the job was done correctly, which it was. You couldn’t tell that any repair was made to the stucco. The bonus for me was a small piece of base trim on the Wall was damage by dry rot so Steve took off. When he came back to inspect he brought a piece of the same base trim and replaced it. He said he had the same trim at home. The back patio was cleaner than when they came. My new door is great and once my dog was used to the new doggie door he’s been enjoying his freedom ever since! Mr. Coughlin did everything he said he was going to do at the price he quoted from the very beginning. I would highly recommend this company.

After providing a down-payment, the installation was scheduled for six weeks ahead. Coughlin gave an estimate of 1 day to complete the work. Prior to the installation, we needed to move furniture to clear a 2 foot space at each window. On the day of installation Thomas and Andrew showed up at the appointed time and got to work. They removed the glass panels from the existing alluminum windows leaving only the frame. The new windows were fastened in place, sealed, trimmed and caulked. I thought more than two people would be required, but these two were very competent and got the job done within 8 hours. They cleaned up and took away all the removed glass panels and screens. The new windows are beautiful and we're very happy we selected Coughlin for this project.

Perfectly! I met with Gerald and he gave me detailed information about the Windows he uses and the procedure for replacement. His workers arrived punctually and completed the work in one day. Everything looked perfect. Nothing was needed. No painting or stucco repair. And they cleaned up. The screens were included. This work transformed my house - it looks fabulous!

The initial estimate went great, they had some great ideas we hadn't considered. The price was the best offer of all the estimates and they could do the job in two weeks. Steve and Sean showed up right on time. They were very respectful of our home; even brought their own vacuum cleaner. The materials they brought were top quality, everything fit perfectly. These guys are absolute pros. I couldn't be more pleased with every aspect of their work. Now I wish I had ordered windows for the upstairs too. My highest recommendation if you want the best!

The estimate was by far the lowest of three obtained. They bid their rock bottom offer without haggling or pressuring. All appointments were met on schedule and on time. The installers, Thomas and Andrew, were very professional, worked hard as a team, and left the house as clean as before. Their window manufacturer, Simonton, is highly rated. I am totally satisfied with the installation and product quality.

I'd like to add another voice to the chorus of praise for Coughlin Windows & Doors. From my first phone call to the company, I was impressed with their professionalism. Diane picked up and was able to schedule a timely appraisal with Michael. Michael showed up exactly on time and impressed with his breadth of knowledge, depth of experience and accuracy of answers. Robby and Pete installed two very large, very heavy sliding glass doors with a minimum of fuss. They also left the interior and exterior workspaces as clean and tidy as can be expected. I'd hire this team again in a second. It was a pleasure working with them.

I have to start this review by telling you that my husband, who is an engineer, is obsessive about using only people who do quality work. He will tolerate nothing less. In addition he asks many many questions. When I told this to Diane at Coughlin she immediately said she would send Gerald, the company owner, to give us an estimate. Gerald was fantastic and answered all our questions. It is obvious that he takes great pride in his company and he trains and demands quality work from his installers. Everything was done on time and in a very professional matter. There was not a speck of dirt, smuggled windows or other debris when they left. The only thing left were our great new windows. I had spent a great deal of time researching other companies, reading reviews on the and checking them out. None other could compare. The price for these 2 doors was approximately $1000 less than I anticipated. Total turn around from calling Coughlin to installation was 3 weeks. Just 2 weeks after signing the contract. We couldn’t have had a better experience.

Mike, who came for the estimate, was a nice guy, no pressure. The installers, Steve and Andrew, were very professional. They came promptly at 8 AM, started to work and completed the job by the end of the day. They cleaned up afterwards so no mess.

I looked up this for my daughter in law. She told me that she was very impressed with everyone from this company from sales, installers and office staff. They stayed in touch were all the way through the process and called to make sure she was satisfied with the job done.

Everything went very smooth, including the in home estimate, providing documentation for my HOA about the project, and the installation.

The estimator was late, even a few minutes means something in my book. As he arrived on the street in the front of my house I watched him do U-turn on my narrow busy street. This street has a steep hill and you cannot see very far to check traffic due to the curves, dangerous and a short cut. If they short cut this what else would they choose to take a shortcut on? An estimate was not provided on site prior to him leaving, other bidders were able to do this. It actually took several days to get the bid, the pricing was close and I felt that the estimator had a good knowledge but I just couldn't get over the U-turn issue. I would have liked to give them a chance but sadly they were kinda knocked out of the running prior to even stepping foot in my house.

We were very pleased with their knowledge of the job requirements and of the job all 4 men did. They were careful of the patio cover that they needed to climb on to install the bedroom windows. No damage was done (although we were fearful of some damage).

Everything went great! Above expectations. The install crews were prompt, very courteous, and extremely professional. They cleaned up and treated our house with respect. We left them in our house for several hours & returned just as they were finishing up. When the work was done you could not even tell they were there, except for the beautiful new windows & doors. The trim & finish work looked great & the doors & windows operated like butter. I am in the construction business and am pickier than most when it comes to quality and service. There is nothing remotely negative to say about Coughlin Windows and their entire team! A job well done! Anyone who needs replacement windows, these are your guys (and gals)!
