Pence Plumbing is operated by Dan Pence, owner. Figures over the phone are based on my experience and your description of the problem. Quotes are based on my inspection. I do not charge to show up at your door. I am confident I can give a fair and realistic guesstimate over the phone. If I have to go under your house to inspect a problem that will be a $75.00 charge if you do not wish to have me repair the problem at that time. Otherwise the crawl will be part of the job. For payment I take cash, check or credit card.
