Beautiful outcome from what use to be an old 1970's typical bright pink and yellow tile concept bathroom . from start to finish bathroom took about three weeks included inspections all passed on time . nice crew and great communication . highly recommended to whom ever is interested . will definitely use for future projects .

I've worked previously with Eric Weizman when he was the construction foreman on a Bathroom Remodel I did several years ago. He did such a great job then that I immediately thought of him again when I decided to redo the floors in my house in Los Angeles. He has a new company now; "Wise Builders" but is still providing the great service that I've come to expect from him.
The job entailed replacing about 1000 sq ft of old carpet and Linoleum with a new wood floor. My house is old and very unusual in size and shape , I always joke that there isn't a square room in the place , and that is pretty much true. I worked with Eric to select the proper flooring for my taste and budget ( A nice light colored laminate , beautiful and very reasonable ) and within a week the job was totally done to my complete satisfaction. Eric and his team were completely professional and did an amazing job working in some pretty tight, unusually shaped areas . They also handled moving some pretty heavy furniture and ripping out the old carpet. Everything was left totally clean and ready to move back into.
I will certainly be working with with Eric and Wise Builders on any upcoming projects. I love my new floors !!!

They were wonderful and on top of everything, there were a couple of mistakes but they fixed them right away. Amazing workmanship! On time, on schedule and on budget! I would hire them in a minute again when I need something else for remodeled.

we heard about wise builders from a friend of ours at my place of work. we needed to remodel our kids bathroom , and since I am 6 months pregnant we thought this will be a great time to do it. we always had this crazy idea that remodeling is one big mess , but wise builders proved us wrong. before we knew it Nathan the project manager made sure that we did all our shopping before we even started . we placed everything in our garage . it was about 4 weeks and everything was done including city permits and inspections .thank you for the nice and quick job you have done for us.

I hired Wise Builders to renovate my home which was long over do. This is actually the home where i myself grew up and after taking care of my two elderly parents . I finally had the chance to remodel it my own way. I called wise builders and after three days Nathan ( the project manager) showed up at our steps. What a bright young man he is ,with so many different bright ideas that i couldnt say no to. His crew loves him the same way as i did at the end of the project. Everyone from the electricians,plumbers,painters window installers were so curtious and respected my home all along the way. Nathan even was nice enough to come and take me to tile and plumbing stores on his own free time like the weekend , to pick out all the new trendy items in the market. From the office point of view ,his brother Eric, ran the whole show by coordinating all the crews and making sure everyone gets paid on time. Nathan was always available for me by phone and in person. He was always good to remind me when and which payment was due. I cant say enough about these guys just marvelous work done by such great people. i gave all the business cards away to all my co workers ( I probably will call Nathan to get more) I never thought that home remodeling can be such a pleasant experience.

It has been a while ago ever since my bathroom remodel with wise builders was completed . Over all I was very happy with the results. It took about 3 weeks from start to finish. Nice crew, nice people, No major surprises or extras during the project. Good job.

we looked on line for many months for a good recommendation for a contractor to do our upstairs kids bathroom. we found angies list, and they were nice enough to send over to us a few contractors. we ended up using wise builders. they sent over their project manager Nathan which we found to be very professional and clearly understood exactly what we wanted to do. he first of all explained us how easy this project will be and assured us to be with us every step of the way (which he surely did). the bathroom came out beautiful my kids absolutely love it and show it off to whoever comes over to our house. we would gladly recommend anyone to this great company. GO WISE BUILDERS!!!

we finally decided to re do a bathroom that we did more then 10 years ago. my husband and i literally waited for it to fall apart, then we decided to give WISE BUILDERS a call . it took Nathan a couple of days to come out , but it was worth waiting for. he first of all listened to what we had in mind to do then gave his own opinion of what is in fashion in the market now a days. we were on the same page from day one till the end of the project. crew wad very clean a curtious, Nathan was always available in text and e mails, and checked on the project on a weekly basis. nathan also recommended that we paint the hallway leading to our bathroom and we also re finished our hardwood floors througout the house. great things to say about this company.Thank You.
