They did a great job. They really were terrific. We would call them again for some other minor work to be done. My experience was very good. The sub-contractors that they worked with provided very good quality. The main thing was they really stayed on schedule and on budget. The $140,000 was the original estimate for all the work that they wanted done and they stayed very close to that. They also stayed very close to the timeline that they gave us as well. Their professionalism was excellent. The lead people that we talked to; the designer, the owner were very accessible. They were very easy to work with. They were great. Their punctuality was very good.

I met with Shachar to discuss project scope. Within a couple days, his team were able to provide a proposal to address the project specs. We met again to go over the proposal and do a walk thru of the site. His excitement is contagious. His philosophy is that a construction project, regardless of size (small or large), is a work of art and that is his business card. People see the workmanship and that reflects directly on his company and himself.
He is extremely professional and patient in explaining every aspect of the project from planning, to execution, timetable and payment schedule.
Execution was excellent. He delivered as promised, on time and on time as spec'ed out. The project turned out great!

This was the second time I used XLArt for remodeling my late 1940's craftsman style home in Altadena. I went directly to them without hesitation as they done a exceptional job on remodeling my kitchen and den four years ago. The project was scheduled a month in advance to accomodate my personal schedule. During the time before the work actually started, the project manager was in touch and we spent an entire day together shopping for new tile and fixtures for the bathroom and office. The work started on time with the workers quickly helping me move large items out of my house into the storage unit. Demolition promptly began and was completed the first day. The work proceeded steadily with the dedicated crew arriving on schedule each day, and was completed two days ahead of the projected finish date. The work crew also helped me move all of my furniture back into the house at the end of the project, which was very much appreciated. As expected, their craftsmanship was top notch! I had the utmost confidence in the ideas for design, color and accessory choices presented by my project designer, Mathilda, as well as the company manager Shachar. They were always concerned about my opinion and promptly addressed any concerns that I had. They truly cared about their work and about my satisfaction. The finished project is beautiful and I am so pleased to have made the right choice again in choosing XLArt. I have recommended XLArt to friends, some who said that I am the only one they know who has been totally satisfied with the contractor they chose for their remodeling project.

They are great. The workmanship is very good. They stayed on schedule and on budget. They really expedited the job. We got the job done very close to the time they projected it to be done. They had good communication. The person who designed the job was very good as well.

Working with The X-Lart Design Group was an amazing experience 7 years ago when they totally restored our Neoclassical architecture home. And now 7 years later now they are building an addition to our Commerical property. They have an amazing staff, they are truly a turn key solution. Everything is done in house from engineering to design. The entire staff is excellent in communication throughout our projects. Shachar (President) can be seen daily on our project. When you call you will be greeted by (Sam) she calm at all times and professional not to mention patience. We have had the pleasure of having 2 of the most talented designers in the business (Noam) she was our designer on our residential project and now (Mathilda) that we are currently working with us on our commerical project. The entire experience from beginning to end was phenomenal ! I felt confident throughout the design process and construction phase that XLArt was going to do a beautiful job and they did. I loved working with the designers because with just a few photos from magazines, they knew exactly what I was looking for from a design perspective. Plus, with their knowledge of what is available in the various industries, they exceeded my visions of what I thought I wanted and gave me what I now love ! I also cannot say enough nice things about the workers who did all the work and installation. They were all wonderful workers. They were all very kind and professional. They respected my home and my family at all times. I never came back to a mess or felt like I was living in a demolition zone. From beginning to end, the project was right on track and work was actually completed in less time than projected. I have only positive things to say about everyone who I came into contact with at XLArt !!! I just thought they were all the most wonderful people to work with and cannot wait to do another project with them.

Xlart was the 4th and final contractor I interviewed for the job and the moment their representatives came into my home I felt at ease. They had marvelous suggestions for a floor plan and design ideas and worked hard to stay within my budget. They arrived promptly on schedule, went right to work and worked steadily completing the project ahead of the projected time (less than six weeks). Each day when I returned home from work I saw progress. Someone from the company was in constant communication with me, keeping me apprised of whatever was going on concerning the project. Their workers were dedicated to the job and showed their expertise and pride in workmanship. I could tell that they were very much respected by their supervisors. The one or two flaws that were pointed out were promptly corrected. Without a doubt, I would go directly to XLArt for any other of my remodel projects.

Results exceeded expectations, particularly in architectural design and interior design. 1st 6 months were spent in design. This period was tedious but well spent because The XLArt Group, Inc. has policy of making all design decisions during this period, leaving nothing undecided for the construction team. Architect and interior designer were flexible and patient, but in their wisdom did not allow the client to go outside the overall craftsman design. Building plans were accepted by City of Los Angeles, Department of Building & Safety, because design team was knowledgeable of the Los Angeles building code. Building permit was issued on time and without incident. 2nd 6 months were spent in construction. Because all design decisions had been made up front, client encountered no unexpected change orders, no material unexpected expense. Construction quality met all expectations. Construction was completed on time, and client moved in on the originally agreed upon date. Financial administration of the contract proceeded in accordance with terms of the contract, without incident. City of Los Angeles inspectors and construction lending inspectors signed off routinely throughout the process, without incident. No liens were filed. Client recommends The XLArt Group, Inc. with no reservations whatsoever.

It is often said that if it sounds too good to be true that it is however, from my first meeting with the owner and designers of The XLart Group to the first night that I spent in my amazing remodeled home the process was nearly flawless. I feel like a bit of an infomercial each time I sing the praises of this company to one of the many friends and neighbors that have commented on the transformation of my home but truly I just can't say enough good things! The entire process from design through build was easy, fun, exciting and pain free! I wish I had recorded images of the faces of the many people that have toured my beautiful new home when I tell them that both the time frame and budget came in just as promised!!! The finished product just shines with your company's integrity and professionalism. I can not recommend working with this company enough!

Vivian originally tried to sell me on higher value (and of course cost) tile and flooring, but that was probably my fault for not being completely clear about what I wanted. She was overall a pleasure to work with, calling every day during the remodel and coming by several times over the two and a half weeks it took to complete. This company will not start work until you have purchased everything and it is on the premises. That way they can meet promised deadlines. They said three weeks. It took two and a half. I was not crazy about the supervisor; I thought he was rude and indifferent to my desire to keep the rest of my house clean. After a few complaints to Vivian, he started making sure that floors were protected and workers cleaned up after themselves. The tile guys were great! Three guys working in that little bathroom, although they killed some of my grass because they used it as a staging area. The final touches took longer than necessary, but everything was finally done right.

IT WAS VERY GOOD. THEY WENT OVER, ABOVE AND BEYOND WHAT WE THOUGHT THEY WOULD DO AND DID A VERY GOOD JOB FOR WHAT WE THOUGHT THEY WOULD DO. THE PRICE WAS ABOUT MEDIUM TO WHAT EVERYONE ELSE IS DOING.

THEY'RE EXCELLENT. THEY USED QUALITY MATERIAL AND USED QUALITY PEOPLE THAT WERE VERY experienced AND PUT TOGETHER A VERY SOLID JOB. THE PRICE WAS A LITTLE PRICEY, BUT IT WAS COMPARABLE FROM OTHERS IN THE AREA. IT INCREASED THE QUALITY OF THE HOUSE.
