From the get go, Mike was a huge help, guiding us through planning and designing our kitchen remodel and garage makeover. As soon as we began, his crew was on the job daily, smooth sailing all the way. The end result? A fantastic new kitchen and garage space that went beyond my expectations. What stood out was the trust and rapport we built with Mike and his team. Honestly, it has been the best experience I have ever had with a contractor. Big thanks to Mike for being there every step of the way. I am really grateful to him and his crew.

First off, their crew was unmotivated and unsupervised. One malcontent worker complained constantly, antagonizing his coworkers and undermining morale, eventually hurting himself in n my home while mishandling equipment. No discipline was meted out. This company obtained defective replacement windows from another company, and threw them up without first inspecting them. This lack of due diligence resulted in gaps being left in my new windows, right during the cold season no less. To add final insult to injury, the company ordered the wrong window stoppers and rain stoppers, and refused to refund my money after stringing me along with this madness since August. Total lack of professionalism and integrity!

We got our bathroom remodeling done by Graceland remodeling, Mike was very helpful and a real pro. The price was fair!
