Well first of all I got 3 diffrent estimates and yes there were substandcial price diffrences, But for some reason I really liked Moshe and what he had to say and offer.  He also had great reviws so I decided to go with CONSTRUCTION MASTERS.
I own 3 other homes and I have worked with alot of diffrent Contractors over the past 25 years and I Promise I have never worked with someone that Always showed up every day on time, that Always returned a phone call told me EVERY DAY what would be going on each day, his guys are all very Professional clean and neat, Needless to say his plummer and Tile guys are Amazing they are truly the best of the best it really dosent get any better that this I had alot of tile and Plumming work done..
 I told Moshe that I wanted my Bathroom to look like a Resort in a 5 star Hotel when he was done  today I promise you he exceeded my expectations !!!!!!
My Bathroom is good enough to match any of the Best Hotels in the Country and can definetly be in any Magazine for Bath room  remodeling.

My condo had been rented for 12 years and was in a terrible condition when I called Construction Masters. I was not sure the best way to handle the situation, But Moshe Cohen of Construction Masters guided me in the best way to fix up the place in such a way as to save me as much money as possible. I could not  believe what a wonderful job he did for the price, because he used the best materials, such as granite countertops. I had dreaded the process, but Construction Masters made it all so easy for me and I am so glad I trusted them with the job.

My house was built in 1975 and was due for some rework.

I obtained multiple quotes for performing remodeling work to update the house.

Construction Masters not only had the lowest quote, but Eric Weizman had the best understanding of what I was trying to accomplish. Nothing too fancy, just updating everything so it looks good and can be easily maintained. He really listened to what I was saying, and offered good suggestions on the best ways to do that.  He looked at my kitchen cabinets and saw that they were real wood, so suggested sanding them down and re-staining as opposed to replacing them.

The original estimate was for the work to be performed in approximately two months. Eric's crew completed the job in less than three weeks. I moved out of the house while they were working, and the fast turn around was very much appreciated! 

During the work, I met up with Eric at least a few times per week, and would get daily updates on the progress. Every time I stopped by, there were a lot of guys working extremely hard. Everyone on the crew was friendly. As they were working, Eric made a couple of suggestions for additional work that would add value, such as installing the recessed lighting in the living room and office. It made a lot of sense, and I'm glad he suggested it. It was a great addition, and I'm really happy with it.

It was just a really smooth experience. I could always get hold of Eric or Moshe Cohen, who's the owner of Construction Masters if I had any questions. 

I am and will be recommending Construction Masters to my friends if they have any work they need done.

Overall, working with them was great.  Eric, the project manager, was responsive and respectful of our time.  And since there were a few stages to this, we also had a few different guys coming in and out doing work - they were nice and cleaned up after themselves daily.  

I would work with them again and also recommend them to others, no question. 

The quote from Construction Masters was lower than the others I got.  Moshe Cohen understood what I was envisioning and showed me a Caesarstone that turned out to be even better than my original choice.  He also made some practical suggestions that ended up saving me hundreds of dollars.  When the time came for the work to be done, the crew was on time, was very conscientious, did the work amazingly quickly, and left the house clean. My kitchen looks so good I can't stop looking at it!  I would definitely use his services again and I recommend him highly.  We are already making plans for future work on my house.  I will keep you updated!

The work turned out very nice. I interacted with Moshe Cohen. He was punctual and came to the site every day and made sure the work was going as scheduled. When I had a hard time choosing colors, he was out there with me and made sure that I was happy with the colors that I chose. He was the best price out of the group. I would rate them highly and would use them again in the future if necessary.

Not only did they give a very high estimate, but he really tried to pressure me to have the work done. His estimate was twice as the service provider I had decided to go with. When he gave me the estimate, he also tried to sell me other things along with it.

If you want an honest person who will work within your budget and do a wonderful job, look no further then Moshe and Construction Masters.  We had all the old built in cabinets and fixtures torn out completely. We replaced all the pluming fixtures and put new tile put in the shower and on the floor. I have to admit the finished product looks much more expensive then what we actually spent because the quality (especially the tile work) looks so good.

After talking with a few other contractors I knew this was our guy from my first meeting with Moshe. Even though this was a smaller job for them, I never felt like it was less important for things to get done right and ON TIME!  Our bathroom was finished in less then 2 weeks. I couldn't be happier.

PRO - SPEED AND QUALITY OF WORK: Due to a limited amount of time I was going to be in town, I needed the job done quickly and correctly. The job was relatively small. It only took 2-1/2 days to repair the roof replace the dry rot in the shed. They were (1) always on time, (2) did a good job and (3) cleaned up nicely each night. I was quite happy with the results. CON - PRICE: Due to my limited time schedule, I accepted the price without getting multiple bids. I accept that decision and responsibility. From my view, not being a contractor, the job seemed bigger that it turned out to be so the price seemed reasonable. However, in my opinion, after seeing the amount of work actually needed, $4,600 for three men for 2-1/2 days work and a relatively small amount lumber and shingles, seems high. In addition, a few days later I had forgotten to ask about the 10% Angie's list discount. When I asked for a refund, I was told in was already included in the original quote. Who knows? CONCLUSION: Work was timely and very good but, if cost is a concern, I would recommend getting multiple bids.

From the initial meeting with Moshe I knew I was not going to obtain any other bids. He is so personable, he makes you trust him immediately (and not in a creepy, manipulative salesman kind of way). I loved what I saw in his book and hired him on the spot. Work began as scheduled and every crew that came in was extremely professional and friendly. More importantly, they were trustworthy and if you have ever had work done in your bedroom/bathroom you know what I mean. There were a few little glitches along the way, but Moshe immediately handled things and everything was completed to my satisfaction. Also, Moshe came by the house almost every day to check in, and was constantly available by phone the rest of the time. Additionally, I am disabled and my safety was first and foremost to Moshe. He made sure there were adequate safety bars and even installed a special toilet that is easier to get on and off. I was so happy with the repairs that I had them do additional work including painting two bedrooms, adding crown molding in my master and adding built in bookshelves. They also handled miscellaneous tasks around the house, everything from fixing a kitchen light to adding a faucet on the patio to installing a doggie door. They worked long, hard hours and the end results are stunning. I hope these pictures do the bathroom justice. I would absolutely recommend Moshe and Construction Masters. I am willing to do a phone referral if you need any more convincing. Moshe will provide the number.

Very impress with Eric very professional. they did nice and excellent job. aim very picky they kept clean the area whille they wore working.I would defenatly recoment to my family and friends. quality and professionalism puts him and his business worlds apart from everyone out there. His work was well executed and is of the highest quality. He is prompt, honesty.All I can say is Wow! Eric is everything everyone says. Professional, highly skilled and very dependable.

The contractor was very responsive to my request for a bid and came out within a couple of days from the initial call. He listened to my plans and made suggestions in areas where I was not sure about what I wanted. His initial bid was higher than I was budgeting for. On a second round of negotiations, we were able to agree on changes and a budget. The work started promptly after the New Year and the contrator estimated that the work would take 6 weeks. Since I was living in the house, we agreed that I would have to have one working bathroom at all times and one had to be completed prior to starting on the second. He accommodated this request without a problem. The workmen we all professional and took pains to protect my home from debris and interference in my use of the house during the construction. The work progressed smoothly and actually was completed one week sooner than estimated. The tile work and carpentry for both bathrooms were custom construction and are both exactly what I was looking for. I am particularly impressed that the company has promptly sent over a person to address a couple very minor issues I noticed after I had given them their final payment.

Overall it was an excellent experience. Job started a a few days after signing contract which was one day after my first contact with them. From start to completion it was only two days. Everything was well coordinated. Hot Mop crew arrived a few minutes after the plumber finished his job so no time was wasted. Defiantly will recommend them in the future. It was a small job but I felt they treated it as it if was a big one.

In an era of untrustworthy contractors, Construction Masters was a big breath of fresh air. Moshe and his guys were FANTASTIC! They were always prompt. Very likable and willing to do whatever it took to make us happy. We had a small time frame for this job and Moshe was able to rearrange some of his schedule to squeeze us in, yet, at no time did we feel we weren't getting 100% attention even though we weren't the biggest job ever. Moshe came by himself to make sure all was well with the install and made a follow-up call as well a few days later to make sure we were satisfied. He did what he said he would do, when he would do it and for the price he said. There were no surprises. Moshe is very proud of his company and the work they do and wants it to be right. My wife and I highly recommend Construction Masters!

The bathroom they re-did everything. They installed new, larger cabinets. They put in floor to ceiling tile in the shower. They used the same flooring from the kitchen for the flooring. They also installed granite counters in the bathroom. They completed the work quickly. The project start to finish ran about a week. They did a very professional and did top notch work. All employees were very pleasant as well. They did a great job cleaning up and staying picked up.

Construction master did a total remodel for one of my apartment unit. The owner, Moshe Cohen is excellent. Moshe is at the job everyday. He is always on top of everything and he doesn't mind to spend extra efforts to make the job perfect. He remodeled entire kitchen with granite counter tops and full granite back splash. His tile works were beautifully done. He completed the job earlier than he promised. I highly recommend Moshe and will continue work with him in the future.

He responded on the same day when I said it was urgent. He was punctual, polite, professional. He also took time to talk with me. He identify issues and provided solutions. He also said recommended which type of professional may be suited to assist in resolving the issues. We also briefly talked about bath remodeling cost issue. I will definitely hire him for my home improvement.

Construction Masters did a superb job in the remodel of our bathroom and kitchen. The owner, Moshe Cohen, takes great pride in his work. He has outstanding tile men and plumbers working for him. Moshe is very detailed in his work and if there is a problem, he will fix it immediately. I highly recommend Construction Masters for any level of remodel or new construction, Moshe Cohen is very professional in his work, yet you feel like he is a member of your family.

They were very good. I spent about $13000 on the job. They were professional and nice. I will use them again in the future.

After receiving bids from four contractors listed on Angies List, I received a call from Moshe Cohen (didn't realize he was on the List). I checked his credentials and talked with the owner of one of his projects who have him a rave review for the quality of his crew's work, his punctuality and professionalism. He also provided a list of referrals for me to check. I called him after several weeks to negotiate a lower bid which he agreed to if I would purchase the appliances, lighting fixtures, kitchen and door knobs, and heater. He was very fair and I appreciated his willingness to compromise. The work began on October 4th and by the end of the month, the project is within one or two weeks from being completed. I am amazed at the excellent work and speed each member of his various crews completes; you do not need to say it needs to be redone. They are courteous, knowledgable, and clean up the debris at the end of every day. Moshe is there everyday and punctual when we need to meet. Moshe returns calls as soon as he can and keeps in touch with me on the progress he expects to complete. He is a pleasure to work with and made this very easy for me. I cannot recommend him more highly. Anyone needing a contractor should call him.

Overall? Quicker and better than imagined. We are very pleased with the work done. The contractor stepped in several times to go beyond the bare minimum required to keep the job timely and high quality. We feel we have added to the value and enjoyment of our home. Great job! And a big, Thank you!

Moshe's company did the most amazing job in tearing out and replacing my old linoleum floor (and putting in a new sub-floor) with new ceramic tiles throughout my kitchen, back porch, and 1/2 bathroom. The tiles were of the style I think is called "river rock" and have odd patterns on them. He was thoughtful in placing them so that the tiles looked properly placed and not one particular pattern was repeated too close to one another. He made the place where they joined the kitchen cabinets look absolutely seamless and even put in two new wood thresholds in the kitchen doorways where they joined the house's hardwood floor. He also cut and installed the granite pattern of our choice in the back porch (around the service sink, which he also installed), as well as the kitchen counters. For the splash, instead of using solid granite, we used small 2 x 2 ceramic tiles which matched the floor pattern and ran them up all the way to where the wall meets the soffit part of the ceiling. It also goes up the wall behind the stovetop to where it meets the cabinetry. It looks FABULOUS! Moshe also noticed that the edges of the stone where it edges the wall were rough and he didn't want anyone injured or any clothes torn by the rough edges, so he suggested (and did) that the same color grout be used to edge the rough edge. It looks great and isn't noticeable! His crew were the same every day, they were prompt, clean-looking, and cleaned up the area after their daily work. The work was top-notch -- no quickie job on anything to cut corners! Moshe was professional, he listened to what I wanted, his estimate was prompt and he was able to begin the job a few days after we accepted his estimate. There were no surprises or additional costs and I would recommend him to anyone wanting any work done!

It went very well. I give him the keys and go about my business. He calls me when he is finished and I go to see a clean, beautiful townhouse, ready for sale. Considering the job well done, he is reasonable. I was taken for a ride by a few contractors(some pretended to be licensed), so I highly appreciate this man with good ethics.

The team was highly professional in every sense of the word. They were punctual. I had experienced problems with other companies in the past arriving on time. They did what they said they would. There were no surprises. There was always someone accessible for me to go over details or changes with. They were also very accommodating. We always had access to a bathroom, and the job was done in a timely manner, so that we were inconvenienced as little as possible. The workers cleaned up after themselves. The materials used were high quality. They didn't cut corners. We had a high class job for a fair price. At the end, we felt like we had a brand new house.
