I recently had a hot water heater failure and needed a quick replacement. I contacted Burtech Plumbing because they had done some previous (minor) work for me in the past. They outdid themselves this time! The same day that I contacted them, they sent out Gino. He was able to replace my 50 gallon hot water heater that day, including bringing several items up to current code regulations. Gino was very professional and had expert knowledge. The failure of the old hot water heater resulted in some water damage, that later required the newly installed hot water heater to be temporarily moved (for mitigation & restoration access). Burtech was very responsive in responding to those needs, and Gino was on-site within an hour or so each time further work was required. I have been in the same house for over 30 years, and have had the "opportunity" (LOL!) to utilize plumbers many times. Some were good, some not so much, but Burtech is now my "go to" plumber, hands down!. And if you have a chance, ask for Gino - I know I will.
