No Moss

3/19/2025 No Moss Softwash came over to my neighbors house to do a job and Gian (john) Carlo was sent over to give me a quote. Gian told me his employer would charge more so he said he can do my job as a side job the next day. He came over the price went from-- oh you need the gutters and down spouts both cleaned ent from $40-$200. He finished this 2300sq foot house in 1 hr., ( yes) When I looked at the green waste barely anything was in there. Out of the down spouts he confirmed 2 of the 5 were clear.So I trusted him. He did not show me video of the back of the house, down spout being cleared. 13 days later, bigger rain, gutter along the whole back side of house full of water (again). I got up on a ladder at 62yrs old Grandmother, and found the down spout to be plugged, and my son was able to remove some debris, while the water pressure was so high that the water came shooting out of the SIDE of the top of the down spout until the pressure was relieved. That spout is still clogged.

They all were polite and professional. Provided me with Before/After pics. Explained all they did. Sprayed my windows/trees/shrubs and area around my home. Arrived on time and ready to tackle the job.

Their price/sq ft is higher than others but overall the service and 5 year Moss Free warranty made the total cost justified. My situation was expensive as I have a large complex roof. Jonathan, T.J. and Christopher were great. Very energetic, friendly and did more than expectedâ ¦..

They cleaned the gutters at my previous home, doing a great job. They installed gutter screens at my new home so I don’t have to clean out gutters any more.

These guys are great. We were able to schedule the cleaning for the day after I received the estimate, and Chris and Jonathan did a spectacular job of removing a couple of decades worth of moss and making our solar panels look like new. The roof has a new lease on life. Couldn't be happier!

The 3 workers who came did an excellent job in ridding our roof and driveways of moss. I like their 5 year warranty for no moss growing again on roof.

Did a great job in a timely manner

Chris Lombardo from NoMoss removed a lot of moss from our roof and some moss and black bacteria from the stucco, driveway and sidewalk, as well as the plexiglass â bubbleâ at the top of our spa gazebo. He cleaned those areas as well as our gutters with a process called soft washing. It's much safer for surfaces than power washing. He did an amazing job. The roof looks great. The stucco looks so fresh and clean, like it was just painted. And the plexiglass again looks like a clear skylight. No more dirty looking areas (that were really bacteria, not dirt) on the stucco, driveway, sidewalk and gazebo. They applied something to protect the plants before they started and when they were finished, everything was cleaned up beautifully. They even rinsed the windows well. They look as good as when we've had them professionally cleaned. Chris did say there might be some minor streaks, but I don't see any. Chris and his employee were very nice and very professional. I highly recommend NoMoss.

In life, you get what you pay for. I first reached out to No Moss because of their stellar online reviews, but because the price was a little higher than expected I shopped around a bit. The problem is that I did not feel a sense of trust or true concern for my property when speaking with other contractors. I also learned that other contractors use power washing, and while it may be safe, there is also great risk for causing damage. No Moss does not power wash but instead sweeps the roof and then blows off additional debris. Then they apply their moss-killing solution, which is also unique to them and essential for killing the shingle-damaging roots. All of the debris around the house was then picked up, bagged, and taken away, and then to my surprise all of my windowed were hand washed! And if this wasn t enough to justify their price, both contractors on site were wearing photo name tags, the lead person was very friendly and personable, and you could immediately tell from talking with him and then watching him work that he takes pride in delivering a high quality product with customer service being a very high priority. So like I said in the beginning, you get what you pay for, and if you get a slightly higher quote from No Moss over the other guys, don t hesitate for a moment because they deliver the whole package with high quality work and professionalism.

They cleaned up amazing. Hosed everything off even cleaned the outside windows.

I am in the process of doing a lot of updating to my home and have been lucky to find generally responsible contractors but these guys are the best by far.

Very helpful & friendly. They even trimmed back a tree that was over my roof....something that I needed to get done.
