+ -1 moreFor the price, I expected top notch service and a floor to ceiling clean. The housekeepers do as much as they can in the time they are scheduled but it is no better than the private party housekeeper I hired for half the price.

+ -1 moreAt first they just vacuumed and fluffed things up. I had to really ride them to get things done right. I had to call a supervisor out and she brought a new crew and they made good on everything. They are expensive and they charge per chore.
Description of Work: They cleaned base boards, the oven, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and all the windows inside and out on my house that I was selling.

+ -1 moreBathrooms and kitchen were cleaned well. One room didn't appear to have been dusted at all, and one wall in another room was scraped, probably by a vacuum cleaner, so that the paint was removed from a two-inch area. This was discovered the next day. If they would have told us about the scrape we would have rated them higher overall.

+ -1 moreWE WERE HAVING A LARGE HOUSE WARMING PARTY AND WANTED TO BE SURE EVERYTHING WAS SPOTLESS, AND THE MAID SERVICE WAS VERY EFFICENT AND DID EXACTLY WHAT THEY PROMISED AND MADE THE WHOLE HOUSE SHINED AND SPARKLED. THEY DIDN'T LEAVE A MESS BEHIND WHEN THEY LEFT!!
