They didn't provide a single picture for the report and the pest diagram is almost impossible to follow. Only way I knew what he was talking about are the pictures of the seller's pest study. Both studies show same items so work quality is there but a few photos would go a long way.

We had a favorable experience with the pest inspection report this company completed. We later followed up with them to get more information about their estimate on suggested dry rot repairs but we never heard from them again. Giving them the benefit of the doubt, we followed up several other times after starting some of the repairs ourselves. We wanted them to finish up the repairs we couldn't tackle. After reaching out to them multiple times we had no choice but to consider other contractors.

I had rodent problem in my crawl space and Pedro came and showed me where all the problems where and took all necessary steps to rat proof the house. He crawled underneath the crawl space to sanitize the whole area. It was hard work but it took care of it.

Titus is a man to trust. He is very professional and also very much a gentleman. If you have a senior citizen reluctant to trust, send Titus to that person. They will trust him ... he is kind, polite, knowledgeable and very helpful. I rate him with the very best. He reminds me of earlier times, when the majority of people were worthy of trust. Wonderful experience! Pedro was friendly, professional, knowledgeable & explained everything he was going to do/did & when he was going to return. We have had continuous rodent problems in our attic, even with a pest control service, but without resolve. However, no other company would go in the attic or on the roof where the problems are. Not until Fast Action showed up. Pedro even took pictures of where rodents are getting in & damage they have caused. I trust that Fast Action Pest Control will solve our problem.
