A few weeks later, I saw some of the new trim boards had leaked sap and I called him back, asking him to repaint them for me. He never returned my calls. A year passed and I called again. Still, no reply. I have called and emailed Jerry several times on the last few weeks as he never returns my calls. I guess he just doesn't care about follow up once he gets your money. In the last voice mail I even said I was contacted by Angie's List to leave a review and I'd like it to be positive. No matter, he simply doesn't do follow up apparently.

Paint job went great. Jerry provide an excellent service. Our house looks wonderful. I would recommend going with Castle Painting. The guys also put up our new external light fixtures after we purchased them while they were painting the house. Prior to painting they sealed and caulked the wood siding. Power washed the house before painting.

Working with Jerry was so easy. He did what he said he would do in a very thorough and professional manner. He kept me updated on all pertinent details as the job progressed. My 2100 square foot weather beaten south land park ranch style home was way overdue for painting and in pretty rough shape. Castle painting spent several days just preparing the surfaces for painting. Jerry was very knowledgeable about all the different challenges and used several different primers for different surface problems. His high standard work and attention to detail produced a beautiful result. My neighbors love the new look and he received additional work from some of them. I waited a long time to get this done and I could not be more pleased with the result.

Excellent service and workmanship. Our house had not been painted in 20 years and there were a lot of heavily weathered spots. They took the time to wash and sand everything and put several coats on areas that needed it. The house looks brand new. Not to mention, Jerry made a great recommendation on a trim color that we hadn't considered. It came out looking fantastic. I highly recommend them!

The job was completed as expected. They were helpful with color section and throughout the duration of the project. They also left paint for touch ups, which I really appreciated. Overall, they did an excellent job!

Overall I left my house too long before I got it painted but Castle Painting took care of dry rot wood and with priming and caulking with 2 coats of paint it looks better than ever.

When we contacted Castle Painting, Gerard came to inspect and provide estimate on the Saturday after our call. He provided a written estimate listing all work to be done. He put up paint samples so we can see a variety of shades and combinations. Before final selection, he put up a larger sample close to roof line to be sure we are happy with selection. We appreciated his promptness and attentiveness. He and his crew of 2 completed the work in four days, working around windy/rainy days in April. He always called prior to scheduling work and arrived promptly on the days he planned to work. There was plenty of time to inspect his work and point out any areas for additional attention if needed. Gerard was professional, courteous and spent time doing an excellent job. He warranties his work for 10 years against flaking and peeling.
