I've been using Bell Pest Control for years and I always appreciate their reliability and responsiveness. Everyone is so polite and helpful. Steve Ede has been servicing my house for a while, and he made sure to come by early this week before I left for work to treat a problem inside. It's nice to have such great service from such nice people!

I called them concerning the charges to our account which included a late fee. During the course of the conversation, the person I talked to got into an argument with me and started to talk over me. I then asked to talk to her manager. She said her manager was not there, but later Crystal called me. During that conversation, she got heated with me and talked over me several times, lost her temper and started cursing at me. She also told me that she listed to a recording of the previous conversation. I did not know that I was being recorded, which is against the law. I sent them a letter letting them know I was cancelling my service because of this, I sent the letter to Dale Bell. It was a lengthy letter, including a check explaining to Dale Crystal cursing at me, and illegally recording the conversation. I never heard back from him and the check was never cashed. A few days later I received a anonymous letter, on copied letterhead, that they cancelled my account and reversed the December payment with the late fee. The check remains un-cashed.

Andrew made sure that he covered every possible entrance that the ants could choose to come into the bathroom. I have used Bell Pest control for 6 years. They started with my Natomas house and now they service my Elk Grove home. They are professional and friendly every time I call. Andrew is an exceptional technician who makes you feel at ease and confident that the problem will be taken care of, which he has EVERY time! services were not performed as advertised ...... they were supposed to treat my yard, but they only did the perimeter of the house, they were supposed to treat eaves, but did nothing to remove or treat wasp nests that were being built in the eaves, original reason for engaging their services was rats, but they did nothing about rats until I made them come back and pur out some rat poison,, on the first visit they did throw some baggies of rat poison into my attic, but that was the end of that, the attic was never again inspected or checked during the entire year

The experience was great. We have been with them before. The service is good. They do a good job. They were here a month ago. I don't recall the cost. We used them a couple of years ago. We have been very pleased. They are a very good company.

I liked everything about them. They were professional and punctual. They took care of the problem. They came back an additional 5 times and never charged me anything more. Ants were coming in through my bathtub.

We were pleased with Bell Pest from the beginning. We just moved into a newly built home which had an ant infestation from day one. We were told that during construction, the Ants previously in the land would possibly become an issue since they were scrambling to find a new home. It was horrible! We had ants EVERYWHERE in our home. Counters, bathrooms, bedrooms, walls, kitchen, literally everywhere you looked, you saw Ants. We finally decided to call Bell Pest on a recommendation from a good friend and they came out the very next day. The service was outstanding and they took care of it right away. Outside and inside took only 30 minutes. We hadn't seen a single ant for a month after they sprayed until we had contractors digging up dirt in our backyard. The ants came back quickly but I called Bell Pest to let them know what was happening and they came out the very next day and took care of it. The response time is unprecedented as I called on a Sunday night and received a call back the next morning at 8:06am letting me know they'd be at my home that afternoon. We will continue to contract with this company because they had a large job on their hands and it was eliminated immediately. We could not be happier!

We like them. They are very quick and very efficient. They check in with the owner of the house. They provide very consistent service. I haven’t had any pest problems since we started using them. They charge us quarterly. Their service is very good.

I called Bell Pest Control to talk to them about their method of rodent control. The operator that picked up the phone transferred me to a technician. I told him about my concerns. He understood my concerns and responded with ?that is a risk we?re willing to take.? I was a bit shocked because I will have to live with this not him. Then I asked him why Bell Pest Control doesn?t do traps (gold standard for indoor rodent control) and he said their technicians can only lay traps at the entrance of the attic as they are not allowed to go into the attic for safety reasons. I thought to myself ?what pest control company that advertises rodent control doesn?t allow their technician to go into the attic?? Then I asked him what if the worst case scenario happens and I do get rotting rodent carcasses inside my walls? He informed me that the contract specifically says they are not responsible in any way for rodent carcasses or smells ? that is when I realized that I was not the first customer with this complaint, that they had run into this problem before and chose to unethically continue with advertising for rodent control services and protect themself with fine print.
At this point I lost all my confidence in this company. I told him I wanted to terminate my contract. This was about a week after I had signed up with them. That is when I realized again that they wrote their contract (unethically, similar to the rodent clause) to get as much money from you as possible:
1. Initial service fee (for the poison pellets and spraying my house perimeter for insects) was $175. I get a $125 discount if I stayed with them for a year. Now I have to pay back the $125.
2. They automatically scheduled a return service for you 30 days from your first day of service. Their contract is written that termination of contract must be written and received 30 days before next scheduled service. Despite the fact I cancelled my contract 7 days after it was started, they are contractually protected for a return service ? a $99 fee. If you were to stay in contract with them they charge you $33/month for unlimited service whenever you needed it. I asked: if I was contractually obligated to receive that 2nd service, then shouldn?t I have to pay the $33/month just once for that month of service instead of the $99 flat fee? This is where they are sly and unethical again. They told me the way their pricing structure is contractually set up is you pay $99/quarter which is split into $33/month and that their service is charged quarterly ? which means you must pay at least $99, the $33/month is like a payment plan for that $99/quarter cost.
So there you have it. I ended up paying $274 for a service that could put me in an even worse position than I started out with the rodent poison. If you have a rodent problem stay away from these guys and call someone competent like Western Exterminator. If you have an insect pest problem, don?t call these guys either because of their unmoral and greedy company behavior.
Also beware, they have multiple addresses in the Sacramento region listed for their business. After comparing different phone numbers, I see that they are all the same company.

First it should be noted we pay the flat rate above monthly but in addition to the bi-monthly visits from Amy and Todd, they also come anytime we spot any new critters crawling around at no additional charge for the visits. We recently moved to a much larger home and had Bell Pest Control at our older home and took them with us because we had been having such a good experience. Over the years new ant colonies would appear but we would call and usually within 24 hours they'd be out with they fine liquid death to get rid of the little guys. Todd was awesome and always cheerful and friendly. In our new home which had sat vacant for several months our new bug agent of death Amy sprayed the twice interior before we moved in to make sure there were no uninvited new roommates. Since the house sits on a larger lot and there are lots of trees and landscaping we've found several colonies of ants and a number of black widows around. Every time we find them I call and Amy is out to get get them yet again. The bugs never seem to return to places she visits and haven't gotten into the house because of her diligence, but if they do we know they'll be right over to get them. Great company and very polite and friendly every time we call.

Very fast, friendly and efficient service. I did not price comparison shop, however I called several other pest control services and many would not do spot work, but instead wanted a yearly contract (minimum) for any work done.

THE EXPERIENCE WENT WELL. THEY WERE AT MY HOME WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD BE. THEY DID AN EFFICIENT JOB SPRAYING EVERY NOOK AND CRANNY OF THE HOME. THEY OFFER DEPENDABLE SERVICE AND REASONABLE RATES.
