They are really good at what they do. If we have a problem they come back and fix it to make it right. It was very fair priced for what they did.

Their staff is courteous and professional. The office staff calls us to update us the location of their technician to let us know they are on their way. They are in constant communication with us. The technicians are polite and knowledgeable. They had to dig a hole to access my pipe. They kept the work area as clean as possible and cleaned up the whole area afterwards. During the work, they constantly updated us to the progress. They quoted us a price for the job, we accepted and it was the price they charged us. They do not charge by the hour because they charge by the project. We are very pleased with them.

The plumbers arrived on time and were very courteous. They completed the work in a timely manner and did and excellent job with cleanup. I would like to give special recognition to Edgar Rojas who was the primary plumber on the job!

I hired Daniel Cordova Plumbing company in the past and was satisfied with the work, so hence I wrote a good review. Since the work was positive I hired this company once again to unclog my bathtub and toilet. I called on a Sunday, I was charged $95 for the service charge and an additional charge for the work completed. Today, not quite a month and a half later the same bathtub and toilet are clogged once again. I called Daniel Cordova Plumbing and expressed my dismay about my situation. I was told by the company representative that the previous job is not under warranty and if someone was to come out today I would be charged a service charge of $95 and an additional fee for the work. I am very displeased at the fact that it's been such a short period of time since this company was out here I shouldn't be having this problem again so soon. I have two full bathrooms and there are only two adults in my household so I don't understand how this could be happening again. I'm dissatisfied that I wasn't offered some sort of resolve like a discount or waiver of the fees by this company. I called another plumbing company who quoted me a fair and competitive price and indicated to me that their work to unclog the drains includes a 90 day warranty. I obviously will hire the new company instead. *****REPLY TO PROVIDER'S RESPONSE***** Provider's response as to the emergency service fee charged and the duration of time between calls is utterly untrue. I will not waste anymore of my valuable time and energy on this provider.

This was a big job. I hired Daniel Cordova Plumbing to replace all of the drainage pipes in the house. Daniel informed me and showed me pictures of cast iron pipes that were rusting out under the house. These pipes would soon be leaking because of age/rust. I didn?t want to wait for the pipes to bust and have my house shut down . Based upon the good work performed in previous job, I hired Daniel?s firm and was glad I did. Daniel and his staff are very professional, trust worthy, hardworking, and experts in their work. Ricky and George, staff, worked for 5 days both under and in the house. They were working during a 100 degree heat wave. There was no sitting around or long lunches. They were working hard. I also had a faucet/shower fixture and copper piping installed for an bath/shower. Liz from their office called me everyday to inform me of the crews? arrival. Ricky showed me all the work that was performed and showed me pictures of the work performed under the house. He answered all of my questions, addressed my concerns and gave me some maintenance advice. They cleaned up and vacuumed in the house after they finished . One day I had a medical appointment and they accommodated this time change. After the job was completed, the office contacted me to ensure that the work was completed to my satisfaction and if there were any concerns.I appreciate this customer service. In all, it was a great experience and I would highly recommend Daniel Cordova to anyone who has plumbing needs. I have peace of mind that I will not have to deal with a drain problem the future and I think it will be value-added should I sell the house.

The service was good and the young man that they sent out was very courteous.

My experience with them was very good. They did what they had to do. They had to actually make a hole in the wall in order to get to where they needed to get, and whatever they needed to do. They did not cover the hole but they did refer me to somebody that was able to do it for me. I haven’t had any further problems.

Richard Dominguez, the technician assigned to our project by by Daniel Cordova Plumbing, came to our house to diagnose the problem on the same day we called for assistance. He began repairs the following day. His work was efficient and professional. He kept us informed at each step of the repair. At the end of each day, he left his work areas clean and unobstructed.

The young man came asked me what I wanted, I explained and he brought me a new one. I had a question about my tankless water heater & he explained to me about the filter for it to help extend the water heater.

The technician Richard showed up exactly on time to begin the job. He was very professional and nice, and respected my home, making sure things were clean and neat before he left. He went to great pains to make sure he did not scratch the sink as he removed the old faucet. which I truly appreciate. Although the job took a little longer than he first estimated, it was because his focus was on doing a quality job to completion. When I happened to mention that I run out of hot water when taking a shower, he offered to take a look at the water heater for me, and fixed what appeared to be the problem, no charge. I am very pleased with the work that was completed today, and have no hesitation about calling this company again when I need a plumber the next time.

It took longer but they did very high quality work. UPDATE: They came out on 3/15/14 and resolved all of the issues I was having. In this visit they went above and beyond my expectations to make me happy. (old grades as of 3/3/14: A, C, A, B, B, A)

estimate was nearly half of what others gave. work was prompt and quick. rick was pleasant and very professional. only hold up was waiting for city inspectors.

He was very good. We had no problems. Everything went well.

I think it was fine. I think it's very good quality. The people are very nice. I didn't really shop around for the prices but their prices are a little bit towards higher end for what I imagined might be the comparable market.

I would not use Daniel's Plumbing again. This was the second time I had them here. The first time Daniel the owner came and he could not fix the problem, and said he would have to break in the stucco outside to find problem I should have know then that they just don't know what they are doing. Even though they didn't fix the problem the second time I was charged 150.00 dollars because he took the toilet out and replaced it even though job was not fixed. I had a coupon for 20.00 so they deducted that from the original price.

I noticed some planks of our "wood" floor were warped. My son told me the carpet is wet right next to the wood panel. He then told me he had noticed it a week ago. :-0 I called Daniel Cordova company. They person I spoke with was very nice. Extremely helpful and understanding that I was a little freaked. She worked with me to get the quickest appointment possible. The person showed up on time and explained what needed to be done. The leak was small enough that he had to cut a couple of holes to find the small trickling leak. After he fixed that leak he wiped the pipe and another leak popped up. He fixed that leak quickly. He cleaned up after the fix. I was expecting a big cost and a long time. It was neither. I have now put Daniel Cordova Plumbing in my phonebook. It is my source of help for my plumbing needs!

The hose bib on my patio suddenly developed a rather fast leak. I needed someone to come quickly and do something about the leak. Daniel Cordova Plumbing worked with me on that and within an hour, Daniel was at my house taking care of the leak. He told me he would have to come back the next day to install the new part, which he stressed would be locally made. He suggested I replace another hose bib by the garage, and after some discussion of price, including his discount for doing both at the same time and a senior discount, I agreed to have that done, too. I'm a night owl, so when he said he'd come at 8 I asked if it could be 10. We compromised on 8:30 - a bit early for me, but I WAS anxious to get the work done so I got up early to be ready at 8:30. Shortly after 9, I received a call from his office telling me he was on the way. As it turned out, he arrived at 10. When I told him I'd been waiting since 8:30, it was obvious to me that he thought he was doing me a favor by coming later. I put this down to miscommunication and gave an "A" rating because Daniel was so quick to come when I really needed him, the first day. Daniel proceeded to get both the leaking hose bib and the other one changed out, which was accomplished in less than 30 minutes. Throughout this job, Daniel was very professional, courteous, and happy to answer my questions. He was personable, clean, and left my property as he found it. Best of all, my problem was solved quickly and I've had no problems since.

Today Monday a Plumber named Rick came by and snaked drain and it works now and I am very happy. Very well mannered and I am just glad its over with.

Daniel showed up during the appointment window we set. His office called me to inform me when he was about to arrive. Once he arrived, he went to work under the house. During the inspection and work, he always wore shoe covers and overalls which I appreciated. After the trap replacement, everything worked fine. Daniel also showed me pictures of some deterioration of other drains which were compromised. We have made plans to replace these drains in the future. He gave me a general estimate. I appreciated the pictures of the needed repairs. I have had experience with other contractors who pressured me to do additional work and wanted me to take their word for the needed repairs. At least Daniel showed me the evidence. During the course of the work, Daniel was personable, professional and knowledgeable. He never pressured me to do more than necessary. He answered all my questions and concerns. I will have Daniel do the additional work suggested .

I was desperate for my shower that had stopped working, so I called Angie's list for a Plumber and I am so glad I did and got the phone number to Daniel Cordova's Plumbing service; wish I had known of this company along time ago. The young man who did the work was on time, very pleasant, and very thorough and explained everything he did and what he found and showed my what he had to replace. I want to replace things in the restroom and will be sure to call Daniel Cordova's Plumbing service to do the work for me. I also questioned the young man about my tankless water heater and he explained that they need maintenance which I was not aware of, and suggested what I could do to extend the life of the tankless water heater which I appreciated since these water heaters are not cheap. I was never notified of these things when it was installed by another company.

The office lady was always there to answer calls and the plumber showed up on time. Overall I am happy with them.

It went very well. His crew even finished a day early. I would have liked the service for $500-1000 less though.

The drain pipe was almost completely clogged up and the water from condensation spilling out of the breather pipe. Daniel cleaned the slough in the pipe manually and by blowing it with a compressed air. He did not bring a compressor but my neighbor let me borrow his. Although Daniel is not an heating/air-conditioning technician he was gracious that he fixed my clogged air-con drain pipe.

Contacted company on Wednesday afternoon. Daniel came to see me same day to find out what needed to be done and gave me an estimate. Since I was not familiar with type, function and selection of toilets, he was very helpful in explaining to me and making my decision easier. With several follow-up phone calls, the work was scheduled on the following Wednesday. Service person arrived on time, got right to work, completed in a timely manner, did not make any mess, very neat and professional.
