Very easy to work with, great customer service and follow-thru. The technician was very efficient, but missed one screen door - which I didn't catch till later myself. I also expected them to actually wash the screens, but he seemed to brush them. The windows look spectacular.

We were very pleased with the extremely professional and proficient service "Squeaky Clean" did for our gutters. The "proof was in the pudding"! We had requested the cleaning earlier in the year than normal from a different company because of a dispute with our insurance company. We needed proof of the condition of our gutters. I had asked the "squeaky Clean" cleaning team for a few photos so I could our show proof our gutters were not rusted. Tthey obliged to the "max!" After cleaning the gutters, they took photos of all the gutters. The pictures turned out "great"! I sent them along with my answer to the insurance company. Needless to say, I was delighted with their work and the help they did for us. WE ARE GRATEFUL FOR THEIR PROFESSIONAL SERVICE, AND THEIR THOUGHTFUL KINDNESS TO US. Polite, fast and a wonderful job. This is the first time I have hired a window service and they really did great!!

Was charged $850 for 190 ft of gutter cleaning and power washing the roof. Did not expect to pay that much when estimate was given. The gutter cleaning was $1 per foot, $190. Power washing took 2 employees so the rate doubled for a total of $660. The job was 3 hours, and debris was not cleaned up on the ground. The power washer hose had a leak so water was being wasted the entire time, which shows up on my water bill. Just not too happy.

In addition to not showing up when they promised to show up, they showed up on a Sunday without communicating to me they would be there the following day. They left some work undone and other work performed poorly. To be fair, the siding is 25 years old, and while I wasn't expecting miracles pressure washing this siding, their bottom line seems to be , to get paid for billable hours regardless of how well the work was performed. Their communication skills improved greatly, when I asked them to reduce the amount of the bill, as they had a ready responses to my objections. They did take 35.00 off the bill for not showing up on the day they told me they would show up. This job was worth $250 - 300 at most. not $435. NOTE: to those reading this , I have written precious few reviews in my life and they have been positive , as well as pleasure to write about.. This company's communication skills, customer service, and work ethic left much to be desired. To sum it up, I feel cheated. Let the buyer beware
