There were two crew and they were great.  They were on the spot.  We made and appointment and they showed up but I hope they will charge less money.  They were good.  They had poured something like an epoxy sealer and then there were extra so we asked them to put it in some places and they obliged in every way.

They did a great job and showed up as promised. The grout never looked better. Would use them again without a doubt. Very professional and very eager to please. They did a lot of work and were there all day, 2 of them. Antonio was very friendly and did a great job. For the amount of grout work the price was very fair.

The grout was replaced and the shower re-caulked.  The mildew underneath the shower door caulking was all steam cleaned away.  Initial tile grout replacement did not match the color of my grout.  The Grout Medic returned and colored the new grout to match the existing grout.  I'm happy with their service, price and for providing follow up work when this work off in the initial quality of the job.

The service went well. The technician did a nice job. They were very professional and efficient. They did a nice job with the cleaning and the sealing. One person came out for the job and it took them about 2 hours to completed the service. I had no issues with scheduling and they were very responsive.

The worker(s) were professional in their interaction with me. They explained the job in detail. However I was not satisfies with the Initial worker performance. I called the company and the next day the owner himself came and supervised a complete redo. I would use this company again because of their dedication to providing me a  result  done to my satisfaction.

Appointment for estimate and color ideas very professional and helpful. Technician was very polite and got the job done wonderful as promised. It made our tile look better then new! We also received some very good tips on how to keep it clean.

This was a pro repair job from start to finish. A few years ago, we made the mistake of hiring a "friend of a friend" to install some tile. He messed it up in every possible way. Harry from The Grout Medic was assigned to fix everything, and he did a great job. He showed up on time, worked quickly and efficiently, cleaned up after himself, and was done is less than 3 hours. You absolutely cannot tell where the replaced tile went - it's invisible. The entire job went like this: 1. I call for an estimate, get an immediate call back and am scheduled for a couple of days later. 2. Estimator shows up on time and gives me the estimate right then - I like the price and schedule the work to happen in a few days. 3. Harry shows up on time and does great work very fast. 4. The end.
I'm a picky S.O.B. who can usually find something wrong with everything - but there was no downside to this job. I'd use The Grout Medic again in a heartbeat.

They did an excellent job. The tile looked new. I wish we had done it sooner .

Everything went very well. The three gentlemen who did the work were very professional.  They kept us in the loop as to what was happening and asked questions when needed.  They also answered any questions that we had through the process.. They wore covers on their shoes so there was not tracking of dust throughout the house.  We would use them again.

Our shower looked like the one in the before picture and after the work was completed the shower looked brand new.

We are preparing our 24 year old home to sell. Master bathroom floor and shower grout needed attention. Since this is an older home, the "sanded" grout could not come back to original condition, but the results were fine. They caulked all bathroom fixtures (showers, tubs, sinks) and left everything looking immaculate.







Our estimate appointment was on time and professional.  The workman arrived on time and was courteous and professional. He completed the task within the estimate time given, worked quietly and thoroughly.

We received a flyer in the mail advertising the Grout Medic.  Since my cousin had already used them she told me to be sure to ask for the owner as the "other" worker's work was not acceptable and she had to call the owner to come back out and redo the job.  We did get the franchise owner and he did a fabulous job.  He was fast, clean and very professional.  We were extremely happy with the results.
