"Hello [Member Name Removed], the reason that you were charged an additional amount is because you had purchased a special window cleaning deal which did not include sliding glass doors and was limited to 20 window panes. Because your house exceeded the the package that you purchased there was an additional charge. At the time of service you and I discussed these details and since we had not talked about the additional cost prior to the service I decided that the right thing for us to do would be to split the cost with you instead of charging you the full amount.
