The day of the appointment two fellows showed up right on time and went to work. They were both courteous and professional. It took them about 2 hours to clean the windows and tracks inside and outside. They were very efficient and did an excellent job. I will schedule another appointment this fall to have them clean our gutters, because I am so satisfied with their work. I recommend you call Sierra Vista Maintenance if you need windows or gutters cleaned!

I was very pleased with the service and professionalism of Eric from Sierra Vista Maintenance. He was very responsive when I contacted him. He was on time and the work was done quickly and cleanly. After the gutter cleaning, I asked Eric for a quote on installing gutter inserts. He took measurements and provided me with a competitive quote. When the time came to install the inserts, once again....on time, courteous, professional. I would recommend Sierra Vista Maintenance.

I called Eric in a panic on a Friday afternoon. My house was scheduled to go on the market the next day, and I forgot to arrange for the windows to be washed. He understood my urgency, and made arrangements to be at my house at 4pm. He was very professional and did a fantastic job. Not only did he clean my windows late on a Friday, he took time to give me cleaning tips for my shower door. I will use Sierra Maintenance again once I find a new home!

Sierra Vista Maintenance responded to my request to clean my windows in a very timely manner. I was able to schedule the cleaning quickly and in accordance with my schedule. Eric, the owner of the company, was very polite over the phone and accommodating and professional. The company arrived on time, was professional in appearance, and friendly. They cleaned all the windows, frames, and screens inside and out, and did not leave any mess or debris. The quality of their work was amazing. My windows and screens were so clear and clean, without streaks or marks, that you could hardly tell that the window was there. The initial estimated price quote over the phone was reasonable and accurate. There were no charges that I was unprepared for. I would definitely use this company again for my window cleaning needs. My husband and I purchased a foreclosure in 2012 that was in really bad shape. It didnt matter how much scrubbing I did on our windows, they still looked grimey and had a really "foggy" look to them. I noticed some signs on the side of the road for window cleaning and decided to call the number. As it turned out, Eric is my new neighbor. I absolutely love supporting local businesses. Today, Nick showed up at 8am just as Eric promised he would. He was in and out of my house in about 35 to 40 minutes. I didnt have a chance to check his work out until I was pulling back into my driveway this evening. All I can say is WOW! My windows look amazing and just about brand new. I definitely recommend Sierra Vista!

Eric and his Sierra Vista team did a great job cleaning our windows and screens. They did a thorough job, were quick, and I appreciated that they removed their shoes when working inside the house! I would highly recommend them!
