I had purchased a Big Deal, but knew there would be additional cost due to the size of my house. All the costs were explained to me up front, so there were no surprises. The crew arrived on time and, after reiterating the additional costs, got right to work. The crew was pleasant and professional. They were done in no time, and even cleaned a portion of my patio! Now I don't have to worry about my husband getting on the second story to clean the gutters!

I received excellent service! I did not feel I was "up-saled" for additional services that I did not need. His recommendations were reasonable.

In the process of rehabbing a much neglected manufactured home. After new exterior painting completed and before installation of solar shades, I needed to have the exterior of all the windows and sliding glass doors done. Purchased a Big Deal with the understanding that there would be additional costs, most likely for the sliding glass doors. From the beginning the company was easy to work with - prompt in contacting me initially, flexible in scheduling (we had to change it due to delay in exterior painting) and in the performance of the work. Jason arrived at the scheduled time and did a walk-through to determine exactly which windows were to be done. Turns out the doors are counted as windows as was a paned window entry door. The Big Deal was for up to 15 exterior windows - I had 18 including the doors and he only charged me an additional $20 to do the extras. A bargain in my book. Jason went to work and performed the services in an efficient and expedient manner. Even advised me of issues with some of the windows where he either performed additional work or did the best he could to bring out the best in the windows. Overall, a job well done at a very reasonable price. Would have even paid full price for the work if the Big Deal were not available.

Bought the $99 Angie List deal. Pay additional $22 more for square footage over 2000 ft. Provider did a quick and excellent job. Took him about 45 minutes to clean the gutters, roof, and install 2 free downspout strainer guards. Due to the height of my roof and lack of trees around my house, I don't have to worry about my gutters for a couple of years. I appreciated his honesty. Definitely recommend this company!

Everything went fine. He showed us pictures of the Solar Panels before & after he cleaned them. Also provided free screens for two downspouts.

Eric and Jason arrived when they specified, Eric explained what they would be doing to clean the gutters and roof. Because it is an old shake roof extra care needed to be taken so as not to dislodge any shakes. They completed the work in a little more than an hour and did an excellent cleanup of the debris. I also asked for an estimate on washing windows which i got before they left. It was a pleasure to have Eric and Jason provide the service. I would definitely recommend Sierra Vista and will call on them again.

I was able to scheduled an appointment that was convenient for me. The service technician, Jason, was dressed appropriately. We walked around the outside of the home and discussed which windows were to be cleaned and what windows inside the home, because of security bars, could not be cleaned on the inside. After the walk around the home then Jason proceeded to work quietly and efficiently. He pointed out a problem with a screen and a window and took care of the window issue for me. I had 15 windows cleaned on the outside, 11 windows cleaned on the inside and quite a few screens. It took Jason approximately 4 hours to complete all the work. I would definitely have Sierra Vista Maintenance clean my windows and screens in the future and will recommend them.

A bit of confusion from Sierra Vista Maintenance when the coupon actually expires, they thought it would be good for only 1 month from purchase. Ultimately I decided to go with a different provider who had lower rates for more windows. Thank you for your help.

First off, the owner answered the phone and made an appointment right away to have our windows done. His employee came right on time and provided the estimate, which corresponded with the verbal est. I had received. He did a great job, I have never seen my windows and screens so clean and unstreaked. It has been a great relief to get things done, not only in a timely fashion, but without hidden fees, and responsible work.

I was impressed that they did such a good job. I hadn't had the windows cleaned in many a moon. It feels like the house is much lighter. They also cleaned the screens and I'm really glad I had someone other than me do it.

WOW! What a wonderful experience! We bought the window cleaning deal from Sierra Vista Maintenance. They responded right away to our suggested dates and showed up promptly at the arranged time. Jason went right to work cleaning all our windows, inside and out, including the tracks and crevice areas around the windows. They look fantastic! We had construction dust and everyday dirt from having the windows open but you sure couldn't tell now! They look crystal clear. He even cleaned the dog drool off the patio door and cleaned all our window screens and patio door screen. We look forward to using them again. I don't want to deal with window washing again if they can make them look this good. Great deal, great company. We highly recommend!

I scheduled an appointment with Eric at Sierra Vista Maintenance the day after buying an Angie's List discount through an email promotion. Eric gave me an 11:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. time frame when a technician would show up. Jason called about 12.30 p.m. to let me know he was running late with his morning appointment and would be there by 2:00 p.m. which he was. The Angie's List promotion called for the cleaning of 20 windows and screens for $169.00 however I have several more than that so we agreed on an additional $55.00 which I thought was very reasonable. Jason did an extremely thorough job of cleaning the windows including using steel wool to remove some old water spots. Jason worked from 2:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. ensuring all the windows and sun screens were spotless. I'm very pleased with the attention to detail and time that Jason spent to complete the job flawlessly! I will definitely call Sierra Vista Maintenance again when the time comes for the windows and screens to be cleaned again.

Sierra Vista contacted me immediately when I purchased their services through an Angie's deal. They asked important questions and immediately scheduled the job, showed up when they said they would, and did a great job cleaning our windows, screens ad tracks, even fighting off a few wasp nests! We just bought our house 4 months ago and I'm sure the windows had not been cleaned in quite a while, and they look fabulous now.

Jason did a great job and was extremely thorough. I hadn't known how badly the windows and screens needed washing until he was done. I will definitely call on this company again in the future.

We live in a 3 story condo - the windows are big and and go up about 25 feet . Sierra Vista came and cleaned them thoroughly inside and out - they did a superb job doing what very few people can do. There was no way I could get up to the outside of my 3rd floor window but Sierra Vista has this window washing hose that washed away 4 years of dirt and literally left all of my windows spotless. They also washed the blinds inside - yay! Again, they did a great job doing the kind of cleaning I dread. I will definitely hire Sierra Vista Maintenance again - and I am going to tell all of my friends and family about the amazing work they did for my home!

The employee (Nick) arrived right on time and had a professional appearance and demeanor. He provided a quote for the services before starting. He addressed our needs and was courteous and respectful of me and my property. He was sincerely interesting in ensuring the job was done to my satisfaction, rather than racing against the clock. I was very satisfied with the service, would recommend Sierra Vista Maintenance and will definitely use this company again.

Sierra Vista Maintenance was amazing. I called to inquire of their services. The owner, Eric, asnwered all of my questions including the approximate cost of the job. He detailed everything for me. Who was going to show up, when and how long they would be there. They showed up when I expected them to and did a great job! The whole experience with this company exceeded my expectations. I've since set up an appointment for two other homes we own! These guys are terrific!
