The provider was on tine, courteous and did an excellent job on the gutters. Will ask them to return when the need exists. Very satisfied with their work.

Eric was very quick to respond to our call. He made the appointment with no delay. He arrived on time and did a great job. He cleaned everything up and hauled it away.

The employee was on time and very nice and professional. The gutter cleaning was fine. I had a problem with the window washing. They stated the tracks would be cleaned and they were not. My windows were very dirty. When inside dirty water splashed onto the sills and wall paint. Those were not cleaned off. Almost forgot to wash the sliding door and did not take that screen off and wash. The owner did call a few days later and ask how my satisfaction was. I told him I would not use him again for window washing and explained why. He offered to come back out, but I had already fixed things myself.

He arrived on time finished in good time everything looked clean. Nice fellow to do business with!

We are very pleased with the service we received from Jason this morning. Jason is very punctual, courteous, professional, and his work goes above & beyond. After a look around, we also noticed that the outside of our house is cleaner than when Jason arrived! We could not be happier with Jason and his exceptional service.

Sierra Vista Maintenance was very timely with their response to my request for service. I had an appointment at 8:00 a.m. and Jason was there right at eight. Jason was very thorough explaining what service he would be performing. We both walked around the house so I could show him where I thought the trouble spots would be. He answered all my questions. He informed me of the trouble spots on my roof such as clogged downspouts, pine needle problems and made a recommendation to prevent the problem. He recommended four metal mesh insertion in the downspouts of the trouble areas. I was aware of this product but never was able to install them myself. I have a tile roof and it is not easy to walk on. I was very happy with the service provided.

We had Sierra Vista Maintenance come out to clean our rain gutters and downspouts that were clogged. They were prompt and friendly and I especially appreciated the professionalism and quality of Jason's work. He made a few suggestions to help keep the drains running smoothly, which we accepted. I was very pleased with the work! This is a trustworthy company that I will use again.

Good. Punctual. Seemed thorough. Took away leaves etc that would not fit in our garden refuse barrel. Asked permission to use the barrel. Online pre-arrangements were clear and confirmation of appointment was prompt and clear.

The provider replied to my order on the next business day in a message that I might be scheduled for the first date I had picked. We subsequently scheduled the cleaning for 8am 10/10/14. On 10/9/14 the provider asked if they might come a little later, between 9:30-11am instead. I agreed to this small change. The provider arrived promptly at 10am and began his work immediately after having me sign the aggreed upon invoice for $40 more than the Big Deal price, as my home is larger than specified in the Big Deal. He was pleasant and efficient, cleaning up after himself and telling me about the condition of my rain gutters. I am very happy with the work done and hope we have some hard rain soon!

Nick was on time, introduced himself, was careful to listen to and answer a few questions I had before he started working. I needed to clarify a few questions I had and that was no problem. He was very easy to communicate with and went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable with his procedure. He was at the job for a couple hours while I completed some overdue shopping. So, this is an update due to the great rainfall we are getting in Sac. It looks like all of the downspouts are working great and no overflow from the gutters unlike some of my neighbors' homes. Really glad that I had Sierra come out and clean out my gutters!

Called when he thought he might be 10 minutes late because of traffic (he wasn't late). Efficient, careful and experienced.

The company contacted me within 24 hours to schedule an appointment for the following week. Jason came to do the work. He arrived on time and was very professional and personable. He did a great job and cleaned up all of the debrie. I would definitely hire this company again.

Very Well. We have a large footprint house with 300 lineal feet of gutter. There was an extra charge for the extra footage but well within reason. It was quite a job with large amounts of debris which was bagged. Area was cleaned up well. The young man was very careful of new landscaping and asked us to move a vehicle to make sure it wasn't damaged accidentally. A Job well done, we will use these folks again.

The Sierra Vista employee arrived exactly at the allotted time, 8:00 a.m., to clean out roof gutters. He also installed two gutter cages to ensure no clogging in the down spouts. I found him to be very professional and efficient. He cleaned up everything that fell on the grounds to the condition it was before. I would have no problem using the company again and referring them to others for this or other jobs they perform.

Nick arrived right in the middle of the promised time. He took the time to explain what he was going to do and how much it cost before he began. I needed one downspout repaired and told him I had been quoted $25. He graciously reduced the price to $20. After checking the roof, he informed me of one gutter that slopes, thereby directing the water incorrectly. This was not really in the scope of his job, but was appreciated by me so that I would be aware of it. He then finished doing all the gutters and downspouts in a very timely manner. Jason at Sierra Vista Maintenance came out to clean the gutters on my roof. He was punctual and knowledgeable about what he was doing. Having a tile roof, I'm always concerned about letting anyone walk on my tile roof, for fear of damage. However, Jason was very careful and of a slimmer build, so this was not a problem. I was very pleased with the work done. I will have Sierra Vista come and clean my gutters again next year.
