"In 35 Years of Business, I never had a customer give me one Star Crazy we did 2 walks threw and each time she said it was good I touched up every blue tape mark with a roller so I wouldn't miss any spots when I walk out she said nothing to me that she was unhappy wow she has had a few contract start and not finish their job now kind of understand why I give every customer my best some are harder than others but I still try am very sorry she was unhappy even though I do not understand her unhappiness if you look at all my other reviews 5 stars hmm."

"did a walk threw with customer he had a list we did everything on that list. he marked everything off and checked it twice so i cant understand why he would say i missed things. i hammer all nail in and caulk where need customer had done most of the caulking him self. we got done at 11.00 in the afternoon so there was plenty of time to do anything else for him but, he said all was good! i called customer telling him that i would be more then happy to meet with him and take care of anything else but he said no its all done. i do my best on every job and have no problem coming back for touch up rick."

"This paint job was done in April 2012 and this is the first i hear about it. I walk the job with every customer always asking and listening to any comments i always have this customer walk the job with me and had NO Complains then about the paint Job i am more then happy to come back and do any touch but they never called me or emailed me about white showing Ben you should have called me i would have taken care of any concern Rick"
