I am generally a DIY'r and a while back I purchased six modern windows from a big box store to replace the original aluminum windows in my sixty year old home. I had planned to install them myself with the help of my grandson and we had gotten one installed when he got a job offer, out of state, which he could not pass up. These windows were too heavy and bulky for me to handle myself and my search for an installer happily brought me to Jeff Petty and CW&E. Jeff's crew arrived on time, were polite, clean and efficient and except for a short lunch break, worked straight through to completion. There were no surprises with the price and my family and I are very happy with the results of their work. Whenever I might need help with a similar project, I will call CW&E again.

The owner Jeffrey Petty , he was the best, I never felt he was blowing smoke. He recommended Anlin Window System,the Catalina series . He kept his word in every way , I cannot say enough for the crew that came and install my windows they were Super Stars. There attention to details was beyond marvelous, there is not enough words to really express how great the crew was. If anybody reads this I want you to know this is not hyperbole. I m 64 years young this is the best group I have done business with.

We had 18 windows and 5 sliding doors replaced. A big job but not too big for CWE. Jeff was great and helped the initial effort to make it smooth. He explained everything and provided great input for some window configuration changes like a picture window verses a slider window we never open. As an engineer I was concerned about window vendor (Adlin) so did some research and was satisfied with what I found. After installation I see why CWE uses them as they are great quality. We replaced dark brown aluminum windows and I was concerned about all white. No concerns now. They look stunning. We were also concerned with less glass area but after install they looked larger and provided a stunning view (I think the dark old boarder took away from the view). The installer, Vyacheslav and his team were top notch. Very rarely do I find someone that can meet my high expectation but they exceeded them. The install was mostly smooth and every detail taken care of including clean up. In the end we were blown away by the process but more so the results. We said that we could not believe that simple changing windows out could make such a visual improvement. Jeff and CWE did such a great job that we are having them replace all of our mothers windows in her house. Those windows are single pane in Sacramento so along with looking good we expect to see great improvements in thermal performance. We highly recommend Jeff and CWE for window and door replacements.

Jeff and his team did an awesome job on our big project - and did it in record time. We have over 10 windows to be replaced, and some tricky window closures. They were able to do all of that in 2 days and everything looks amazing. Super happy with their work, and would gladly recommend them to anyone I know.
