They seemed very nice at first, then after they checked out our entire car, which we didn't want, we just wanted airconditioner to be fixed, they came up with a list of things that needed to be done with an expensive estimate.  We just had an overal check up on our car, so we know we didn't need anything else done.  They did not tell us that they would do a complete overview of our car, for that is something we did not want to pay for.  We are happy that they fixed the airconditioner, but we were frustrated that they charged us for a complete check up. Also, they came up with different prices throughout the time I was there. They offered freebees in hopes of getting new customers, but that is not of interest to me. They did take my coupon and I was thankful for that.

I brought the car in at scheduled time.  I waited for service in the customer lounge.  Car was serviced as requested promptly and in the estimated time.

They had a new mechanic on duty and he did something that caused a big problem to my car. They were very kind in trying to compensate and correct the problem that the young mechanic caused. The owner really tried but the problem created quite a mess. The young mechanic forgot to put the cap back on and it was a hot day and the oil went all throughout the engine. My car was smoking. They paid to have the under hood tag changed. They had the mechanic come out and clean my garage because it was a mess all over the floor. It took him for about 1 ½ hours to clean the floor. The mechanic had only been on the job for 3 months. They really go out of their way to please and they try to make sure that you are a satisfied customer before you leave the shop. I had to take it back for them to clean it again.

It's a very nice company, very friendly. Once you sign up, they send you a newsletter and a calendar. It's a good company to work with.

They are trustworthy and honest. I really like the good loaner car service they have.

They are very honest.  They have a nice and clean waiting area. They look over my car and only repair what needs to be fixed.  They don't try to push unnecessary repairs.  They always get the work done in the time frame they say they will.  Their prices are very competitive. They keep an ongoing record of the maintenance they have done on my car. They also send out coupons and specials for discounts on service.  They even offer you a ride home.  The owner offers a class on car maintenance for women.

They did what they said they were going to do. They were very honest. They are not the cheapest but they do very good work. I have no concerns when using them. They provided a ride for me as well.

From diagnostics to repair Marty's took the time to make sure I understood my options. They listened to my concerns and gave me great service.

They always do a great job. They really are concerned about your vehicle and take good care of it. The customer service is excellent.

It was excellent. One thing that helped a lot. The failure of my oxygen sensor made my catalytic converter go bad and they let me know that should be paid for under warranty. This was an example of great service and integrity. So I did have that repair done at a dealership.

They were very nice. They rotated the tires as well. They followed up and called me to let me know what they had found as well.

They were great. I dropped off my car and they let me know what they found a day later. They were very thorough. I wish they were open on Saturdays. They were very kind as they waited 10 minutes after they closed so I could pick up my car.

It went very well. I liked that they left a checklist of things that I needed and they prioritized the work.

Do's: Make an appointment.
Don'ts: Don't put off routine maintenance. Seriously. You'll just pay for it in the end.
Do's: bring your laptop if you need to sit in the waiting room.
Don'ts: Go to a shop that doesn't have reviews.

They gave very good service and I will use them again. No problems here.

Marty's motors was very professional, pleasant, and informative. They spread the work over several days so that each stage they could explain to me what they had found and what my options were. I felt I received honest information without any pressure for unnecessary work. My car has been working splendidly ever since.

This experience was a real eye opener. The former auto shop we went to was nothing compared to this shop. We brought our car here for just an oil change and when we got it back, it was a total change. They did a nice job and their location is very convenient. They are very honest and explain in detail, the work they were going to perform. They had my car for a week because they had to wait on parts. During that time, they were able to give me a loaner until my car was finished. I haven't used my car much, so I cannot comment on the changes. For the work that they did, I thought it was high, but my car may be in the best shape than it was before. I originally went in for an $35 oil change. Instead I spent $2000 and hopefully, I have a better functional car. I would use this company again in the future.
