West Coast Solar also installed my solar system. These folks are very thorough, and professional. Their work product is A1. I am going to rehire them to add additional panels and a second air conditioner once by build out is completed.

This company wasn't the highest or lowest quote received. I did feel that Mike did an excellent job presenting his quote to me and giving me the confidence that his company knew what they were doing. I wasn't too sure about the other two companies. Mike came fully prepared to give me a high quality quote (with photos, etc.) on the spot. I was impressed. The installers did a very good job and did a few extras for me (like fixing my attic light socket). Jessie was the go-to guy for any electrical questions and appeared to be the hardest worker.. Emir was the lead and took time to explain everything to me. A great group of guys. They cleaned up all their mess, checked the driveway for nails, etc. before they left. Work was done in 2 days. Very pleased and glad that I went with this company.

Mike was very pleasant when he came and did the initial estimate and the follow up conversations by his office before the actual project was performed were good. All I'm going to say about the rest of the job is that is was a nightmare. Also I'm not trying to put the blame on anyone but after we paid them and they left we found we were a $100.00 short. I don't know where it went but I guess in this case honesty is not showing to be the best policy.

Rocky, (the foreman) and his partner Mike we're here bright and early with smiles on their faces and ready to go to work to install new Central Air. And that they did immediately. They were both extremely professional in every way and at the end of the day their work was perfection! I wish everything in life was this easy. It couldn't have turned out any better than it did. I would recommend the service of West Coast appliance to absolutely anyone and everyone without question. What a pleasure this experience was. Thank you very much!!!

The install was explained to me in detail, which I appreciated. Knowing what was going to happen step by step made me feel at ease. They performed their work in a timely manner and were polite and respectful of me and my property. I would definitely recommend this company.

I was definitely happy with my experience getting A/C put in. I inquired online and a return phone call came within minutes. Mike came over the next day to look at giving me a bid. The next day I had my bid. The install and inspection went very well. First class outfit. Believe what you read in the reviews.

Mike was knowledgeable & very prepared for the presentation. It was the best presentation of all my bids. I had an issue with a duct that leaked & they came out & fixed no problem. My only slight complaint is that the workers put the old compressor on my lawn & when I questioned why they put it there, they said it was leaking oil. Well now there is a dead grass spot. Also, they didn't reconnect my SCE power savings switch. The worker said the program had ended but hat wasn't true. Had to have SCE come out & reconnect it. Nevertheless, I'm extremely happy with the system & cost. Works great!

Mike's ability to answer all of our questions clearly and precisely was greatly appreciated. All steps of the installation was explained thoroughly by the installers. The work area was left clean & the new Heat Pump & Air Handler are working perfectly. The workman arrived as scheduled and were very professional & courteous. I would highly recommend this company.

Competitive pricing on reliable TRANE A/C units. This crew had to do a "reinstall" for A/C units that were removed previously, and utilized the existing plumbing/electrical, adding electronic air cleaner, to make a very nice A/C package. Good team to work with, and one I would highly recommend. (Helps if you speak Russian!)
