They are very excellent. The price is right. I can trust them.

The dealer told me there was a crack in the exhaust pipe and I had to replace the whole thing. The guy at Decker's Auto Repair didn't have a seating area so he created one for me - he got me a chair and an umbrella! He went and checked the car and came back to me and said I do need to do such-and-such and he quoted me $50, when I had been told it was going to cost over a thousand dollars. I asked when I could bring the car back to have it done, and he said he could do it immediately. Within 10 minutes the job was done. All it was was a little crack which he was able to solder. He said it was so small he wouldn't have been able to find it if I hadn't told him exactly where to look. After I'd had that done I spoke to other people who said yes, he's the greatest guy in town.

This is an expensive item for any car and for my Jeep Liberty it was no exception. When a compressor blows out it can cause other damage to the system. To control costs, I asked them to try to assess if the compressor failed in a way to cause other damage as opposed to the usual, "Well you SHOULD replace this and that and the other thing at the same time." They looked at it after they took it apart and concluded that other components were OK thus saving me some money. The place is a little funky but friendly.I needed a ride from home to pick up the car and they sent the mechanic that had actually fixed the car on his way back to the shop after his lunch. Gave me a chance to talk to him about where he worked and about my car. Clearly he felt the place cared about customers, treated him well and were honest. It was a great look behind the scenes.

These guys are so professional and fairly priced, the work is done in a timely manner and leaves you with peace of mind. They even picked me up and dropped me off while working on my car so I didn't have to find a ride. No hidden surprises in price. I would continue to use their services
