Ductless Mini-split Heating System Installation or Replacement
They are no pressure, proffesional, respectful company. From the initial quote to the job completion, they were great. I had several quotes from other company and by far they are the best and cost effective. The owner communicates well and quickly. They do a clean job. My family and I are very happy with our 4 unit miniductless system. It's a great alternative if you have an older house. I highly recommend them and will use them again on our next projects.

Last summer we decided it was time to get air conditioning in our 24-year-old house. We obtained quotes for AC and a new heater from two other companies before Javier came over to do an estimate on our project. We knew right away that we preferred to do business with him. Javierâ  s thorough examination of our house, his professionalism, expertise and recommendations helped us get the right air purifier, heating and air conditioning equipment for our need. His detailed estimate was competitive with the other companies, and gave us confidence that nothing was overlooked. The installation was very well done, and little adjustments in airflow were made as needed. The crew (his sons) are pleasant and capable young men and were very respectful towards us and our home, and cleaned up after themselves. We highly recommend Cano Heating and Air Conditioning!

Replaced 2 HAVC systems and installed a whole house fan. Quality work was done on time and at the quoted cost. They were efficient and respectful of the house, protected carpet and stairs. Very happy we went with new units rather than repairing 23 year old systems.

Javier gave me multiple choices, explaining the benefits of each choice, then informed me of small improvements they could make that make the system I chose so much more efficient and reliable. The other guys just wanted get another job. Cano left me with a superior system and for a better price.

I researched and obtain estimates from 4 different companies to install new central AC units in our house. We chose Cano Heating and Air because Javier, the owner provided a very detailed assessments and work plan. The other companies talked straight about the cost and didn’t even bother to look at the furnaces. He explained everything and even drew some of the work and parts that need to be done in the attic to ensure that we won’t have any future issues later. He also provided the most affordable package with high quality equipment. I also like the fact that’s it’s a family-owned business. His two sons are the technicians who installed the units and are very professional. They also got the job done sooner than expected. They explained everything that they were doing and what to expect. The units are really quiet and gave us all the required information for the warranty registration. They also helped us set up the thermostat controls in our cellphone so we can control them anytime and anywhere. They covered our floors and stairs to ensure there will be no mess and damage that will happen while transporting the equipment and supplies and while going in and out of the house. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience. I would highly encourage you to consider them if you need any heating or cooling services. They are the best!

5 hours ago Set up an estimate with Cano Heating and Air after reading reviews to get a new more efficient air conditioner for our home in Eastlake!! After the home and system inspection, we agreed on a price for a complete HVAC system replacement with Lennox Merit equipment. Javier later emailed stating he was not making enough profit for a one day job at 1400 bucks and reneged on the contract, boosting the price 500 bucks for the same job..... I called him on it, asking if he was going to honor the original agreement. He said he would, then told me the equipment was not in stock on the morning of the install, and was back ordered from Lennox. I called Lennox to find out he isn't an authorized dealer....... I gave Javier another chance and a new agreement was made for a Trane XR17 system. Javier told me the items were in stock and ready to go. He emailed Tuesday&amp for the install. On the morning of the install, with the house and attic all rearranged, he did not show up or call and no email to cancel or let me know why he didn't do the job... Very poor treatment from Javier Cano, he did not honor his word or the contracts I signed and returned. Look elsewhere for HVAC if you want someone who honors his word

"In response to this negative review, one item that needs to be emphasized is the equipment in both cases was available but because of "equipment shortage" and the Supply house was selling too only "Exclusive Premier Dealers". This is not a reflectional Characteristic to me and my company, I have over 57 Reviews all extremely Good. No excuses! you know this summer 2020 there has been a shortage of equipment due to Covid 19. So I Apologize!!, again the supply houses were the ones that were only selling to the premier dealers in town, so when I promised you this equipment I had no idea this would happen the morning of, Again please accept my apologies. - Javier Cano, Owner."

Stop looking at any other heating and air company and go with Cano. Javier was not only professional, on time, but he happily gave me a second opinion and saved me over $5,000. The Bill Howe's and other companies were all too eager to have me replace my a/c system in a rental property I own. Javier very expertly concluded all I needed was a $237 capacitator and refilling of my refrigerant to bring my system back online working for my tenant. I am so glad I didn't trust Bill Howe's people who told me I was looking at $8,000-$8,500! Another quote was $6,300 and after looking up the parts, they were still charging over $4,000 in labor. Felt like a total ripoff and I was right. Now, in about 5 years I will need to replace the system. It will be 20 years old. And when I do, I will be giving my business to Cano. If you want to do business with cute marketing jingles and pay a small fortune and feel like you just got screwed--then go with the "big guys!" But if you want honest service with competent work, hire CANO. You will not be disappointed. I will be telling everyone I know. With the money we saved I can take an anniversary trip with my husband instead! Way to go, CANO! I will be looking forward to a long relationship with your company.

They came covid 19 prepared. Replaced Central Air and Heating. Original estimate was complete and professional. (actually looked at whole system) Very knowledgeable and explained it well. I got estimate on two brands. They arrived on time, worked clean and cleaned up. Great work. I would recommend them.

Owner Javier came over the same day I called him and inspected our furnace and gave me a quote for a replacement. We went over several options, and scheduled installation for four days later. His crew arrived promptly and went out of their way to be polite, friendly and professional. They left the house clean and in good shape. Their customer service is remarkable. I will definitely use this company again and do not hesitate to recommend them!
