Completed by us and then your voucher is redeemed, at that point groupon forwards the portion due us, your voucher was never reseemed and we never received any of your money, the incentive is for us to. Complete the work so we do get paid. We did text you to reschedule and you did not get back to us. Also very important we have been with groupon for almost three years with an 85% rating. We would gladly reschedule an appointment for you and we answered your other reviews letting you know that, now that you know we do not get your money until the work is done please correct your review with the right information, thank you, and we will look forward in rescheduling with you"

"I have been cleaning furniture and carpet in the San Diego Community for over 28 years, and If you look at the reviews all over the internet you will see we have always provided excellent results at very good prices. Why is it that all our reviews our great, because we stand by our work and work to get good reviews. It just does not make sense that we would deliberatly not clean a couch to its best ability to risk our reputation. Her couch was dirty, she did use cleaners before she called us to clean it, and never did she contact us to come back and clean it. She emailed me to tell me she did not like the way the couch came out and had to hire someone else to clean it because why would she want someone to caome back when they did not cleane it to her satisfaction to begin with. In my opinion the couch had some water spots and was dirty in areas. Had she called someone else or us, the second cleaning would probably do the trick. It is very difficult to make everyone completly satisfied but we do try. All we ask for is the person to call us and let us know of the problem so we can fix it. It also seems she is saying we did not clean it because she went away for 50 minutes. Again, we have many customers we meet in the morning before they go to work and again I would say look at our reviews, you will not see any of the problems this customer is addressing. Had she called us and let us come back to address these issues, she may be very happy as our other customers are. Calling us last, and having someone else address it without us ever getting a chance to see what happened leaves us bewildered. 28 years and never this problem.
