 + -1 moreThe service tech, Simon, arrived at the early part of the service time window I was given. He took his time and isolated the problem to a faulty relay. We discussed the repair options and prices and he then performed the needed repair. Simon was careful and personable while working in the attic on a hot day. Less than 24 hours from my call I am cool again.
Description of Work: The blower in my central A/C system stopped working. I called them out to diagnose and repair the problem.

 + -1 moreAfter 4 days the unit quit flowing cold air. Alese, called on the day work day was done to see how it went, and the day it stopped with the cold air. We had hoped the seal leak would have worked. She then sent Gama, back out, and he put dye in unit, and found the leak, he then filled with freon, with no further charge for freon. I have signed-up for them to check unit twice a year. So will be staying with Bob Jenson.
Description of Work: I would like to say because of Alese, I went with Bob Jensen. I called three different places, and it was her phone present's that got them the call back. Alese, is a great rep. for them. Gama, checked the unit inside, and out for a leak. Gama, then put sealleak in, in hopes that would take care of leak. Gama, explained what he was doing, all so great rep.

 + -1 moreThis company handles everything with professionalism and great customer service. The appointment was scheduled with a follow up reminder and a telephone call on the day of the appointment. Chance, the service technician arrived on time and was courteous and knowledgable. He suggested installing a hard start capacitor and relay to prolong the life of my air conditioner. This was much appreciated since we have had the unit for quite a while.

 + -1 moreGood interview and estimate visit, provided multiple options for work and type of heater. Installation crew was on time, did good work and finished on schedule. They did leave the opening to the attic where the heater was installed a bit scruffy and is the reason for the C in Professionalism and not a higher mark. We were told we would be advised of an inspection visit forthcoming but one wasn't scheduled until I called five months later to ask about it. Overall we are quite satisfied with this work and would not hesitate to use them again.

 + -1 moreIt was blazing hot this summer and Bob Jenson A/C and Heating did the work in less than one week from the estimate date. They even left us with a temporary A/C unit so we wouldn't be dying of the heat before the installation was completed! : )
Description of Work: Installation of multi-zone mini-split heat pump system. Installation included 2-7,000 btu air handlers with ability to add on another 12,000 btu air handler in the future, 2 refrigerant line sets, 2 pri. condensates, electrical to unit, permit, and labor to install equipment and materials.
