"Unfortunately this customer is correct. It does not happen often but we ran into problems with our schedule due to circumstances out of our control this call had to be rescheduled. Because of the inconvenience we caused for the customer we advised we would perform the water heater flush at no charge. When we arrived to the job we found that the proper valves required to successfully and properly complete the tankless water heater flush were not installed. Without service valves, the technicians would have to un-sweat the copper piping going into and out of the tankless than reconnect, usually by soldering, using new pipe and fittings. This is not a healthy practice and is not the correct or normal way to flush the system. It could cause future leaks or problems with the unit. I will make sure this customer is offered another service we provide at no charge."
He answered my questions without huffing and puffing about the owner (me) being inquisitive about what was involved and how to do it. most service persons do not like to be asked what and how. He was very well dressed and behaved professionally. The job was done and he (did not) ask if I needed anything else done. I would definitely ask this company to do work at my house again.

Previously, perhaps a year earlier, I had called them to replace the pieces inside two toilet tanks. This is very routine stuff. They did the replacement of parts. The cost was again very, very high--about $800. I should have refused the repair based on that cost, but they were there, and I had taken off work, so I let them do it.
Some months later one of the toilets started to run frequently. Eventually I called a handyman and he replaced the tank insides for about $50. I will not use Anderson Plumbing again because they are Sooooo expensive and the workmanship is not all that great.

WE CALL EACH CUSTOMER AFTER OUR SERVICE IS PROVIDED TO ENSURE 100% SATISFACTION. IN THIS CASE THE CUSTOMER WAS CALLED THE DAY AFTER THE SERVICE WAS PERFORMED AND HAD NO CONCERNS . OUR COMPUTER NOTES INDICATE THE CUSTOMER WAS HAPPY WITH OUR COMPANY AND THE WORK WE PROVIDED. SINCE THAT CALL HE HAS CHANGED HIS MIND. NOW THAT I KNOW OF THIS CUSTOMERS ISSUES I WILL LOOK INTO SEEING WHAT I CAN DO. WE OFFER A 100% SATISFACTION GUARANTEE."
