paid a partial payment to him up-front for a structural engineer plan that I need for the city. He started on it and had a hard time figuring out what was needed. He would not take initiative and call me with status updates. I had to call him to find out the status and he always had an excuse. He has not followed up with me to get the job done. It has been 4 months and haven't heard anything in the last 2 months from Ehab. At this point I will need to hire a different competent engineer. Very poor communication and follow-through.

I needed a structural stamp from a P.E. on my drawings before I could submit to planning. Ehab did the review and with some minor changes suggested by Ehab my plans are stamped and submitted. Highly recommended!

The company did a good job on the plans thus far, the job is not complete. The customer service end was/is lacking, no responses on emails or calls for at least 48+ hours, which is unacceptable. To chase around an architect for status on a job is not professional. I would recommend him for his work and pricing, need to work on communication attitude and correspondence which Is huge in any business.

We contacted Mr. Mina at Alpha Omega and informed him we needed an engineers report covering certain areas of the home we were refinancing. We informed him we would not be ready for several weeks. We contacted him and he completed the inspection we needed within 48 hours and had the report to the mortgage company within 48 hours. Mr. Mina was very professional and I would highly recommend him. He was a pro.

They were available on fairly short notice. However, it required a prolonged time to receive the report for my loan and the report had some ambiguous language which caused the underwriter to question the soundness of my home even though the engineer assured me that my home is sound.
