For a change a contractor that actually showed up on time and did a professional job. They come the first day and cleaned the drain line and on the  second day a plumber came to fix the problem I had with a bathroom faucet which had become clogged with debris when the city shut off and turned my water back on. Both service people were very professional and got the job done quickly and easily.

Called for service at 6pm on Sunday, was given a 4hr arrival window from 6 - 10pm. Phillip arrived around 9pm, briefly after the dispatchers call to inform me about the arrival.
He assessed the problem and it was soon clear that something with the sewer line was not right. He provided a quick overview of the options and the prices, and we agreed to have the line snaked. Phillip was very courteous and informed us about the progress, even giving us a quick (and very welcome) 'bathroom break' before the final cleanup procedure (which meant we couldn't run water for a good hour).
Overall very efficient and fast response, although I feel like you pay a premium for it.

Luis, from Roto Rooter, came out to help remove a nail wedged in my garbage disposal. From the time I place the first call to when he arrived was less than 2 hours. Once again a very courteous and professional person arrived and did a very competent job. I tend to ask questions, to learn something, and Luis was very agreeable to answering my questions. Plus, I learned more about the proper use of a garbage disposal. 
I know that when I call Roto Rooter I will get the job taken care of and a solid warranty back up the work. Thank you!

We called up in the morning of 9/9/15. The job was done in early afternoon. We noticed a small leak at the bottom of the sink. We called up the office next morning. Another serviceman came and fixed it at noon time. We are very impressed by their quick response. They did an excellent job.

As noted above, the technician showed up on time (first 1/2 hour of a 2 hour window given me over the phone earlier this morning), worked quickly to unplug the sewer line and cleaned-up after he was finished. He was friendly, but very professional and did not mind us watching him work. He gave us recommendations of how to prevent future clogs which we will follow in the future.  We are extremely happy with the quick response, the friendly and courteous service and recommendations of how to prevent future problems.

IT WENT QUITE WELL THE FIRST TIME AND I REQUESTED JUDE TO HANDLE THE SECOND PROBLEM.  THE FACT THAT I USED HIM TWICE SAYS IT ALL.  NO PROBLEMS...ARRIVES ON TIME, WORKS QUICKLY AND NEATLY.

They were pretty prompt and they came on time and he spend some time and got it done. They did ok and it was a big problem we had. The sink is working pretty well. The price was a bit expensive but I don't have a comparative price.
