Description of Work: Roofing repair and gutter cleaning. Estimator did not show up an initial appointment, but they quickly got someone out on the same day. Very pleased with their work. I don't think their pricing is the cheapest, but I felt it was a good value for the service.

 + -1 moreI used to wake up to the thumpety thump of cats chasing rats across the roof as the rodents dived into my attic through a hole in the shingles. Now I can sleep in as the new roof repels the critters! The estimate work was quick, thorough and responsive: the estimators crawled through the attic, took pictures to describe the work to be done and made sure I understood what the estimate covered. The physical work was quick, neat and clean: they were in and out in two days and the results are gorgeous. As someone concerned with safety, I was glad to see the workers with sun hats and back braces, and a conveyor belt was used for hoisting tiles up to the roof. The paperwork was a bit lacking though. It was never explained to us that the document hanging up outside the house was not meant for us, so my husband brought it inside, flummoxing the inspector. While we had been told that the warranty was transferrable, it was never explained to us that it had to be registered first. These were just minor hiccups though. Overall, we're satisfied with Sierra Roofing and extremely happy with our new roof!

They cleaned up all the mess and hauled away the entire old roof and you wouldn't have even known they were here. I haven't had a bit of trouble with the roof and I feel very confident that if I do they will be there for me.
