Was very pleased with the owner Luis and his installer. They worked with us on our design input. Just had them installed so I m giving my review based on how beautifully everything looks. They were easy to talk to and they easily made the few adjustments where the shutters were sticking or not close enough. They look so clean and rich. I m loving how they improved the look of every single room they re in. I even removed my blackout curtains cuz at night there s no light coming in Thru the shutters. Very pleased. Highly recommend Luis. He s pleasant knows his product well and they work very clean.

I hired Mr. Saucedo to replace the blinds in a rental unit I own. He was very accomadating as I negociated times that my tenant would be available to get the estimate and install the blinds. Mr Saucedo crew was tied up on another job on the day that they were to install the blinds in the unit, Mr. Saucedo installed all 14 blinds by himself including two that were in awkward positions. Tenant is very happy with the new blinds. Thank you

Luis is an interesting character who has a keen attention to detail. He offered us great advice given our home, window size. We started with a specific idea and Luis helped us come to a reasonable alternative given what we had to work with. If you have not worked with a blinds expert in the past - this is a somewhat funny home improvement domain... primarily what you get out there is a fairly generic and corporate interaction which can seem very cold. You will interact with an advisor who will dish to an installer... which can seem disjointed. Luis offers everything (consultation, ordering, installation) and can help solve issues as they arise. We had a few minor glitches along the way - primarily on the blind ordering side... but, Luis quickly solved those issues and was always receptive and easy to work with. The installation/final product looks great. We would work with him again.
