Norman and his co-worker did a great job fixing my leak. They initially had issues locating the leak, and used various different approaches to find the leak. Once they found it, they provided me with several options to repair the leak, and a time estimate to complete. They encountered many challenges during the repair, and provided me with multiple alternatives. I appreciate there professionalism, and hard work to get my leak repaired and my water turned back-on. I highly recommend these guys.

I was so impressed with Juanâ s work ethic and explanations for what needed doing. I had a ceiling leak from a cracked pipe and two faucet boxes that needed replacement and resulted in wall and ceiling dry wall removal. He did such a professional job that you cannot see the patches he subsequently made. He also brought us a case of water bc he had to turn off the water. Over and above!!! I would hire him for ANYTHING and have a new plumbing company I completely trust.

We had a water leak late in the day and we had to shut off the water to the house. Had trouble finding a plumber to come out to help us. Called Norm at Ace Contractors and he came right out (after a long day) and fixed our leak in no time. Saved us from a disaster and the price was very reasonable.

Repairman didn't want to do any troubleshooting on why our BRAND new AC unit was freezing up. He just wanted to put leak stop in it and leave. We ended up not going with his recommendation and waited to get on calendar of company that installed unit. Turned out to be low on freon not because of a leak, but because they didn't put enough freon during install (installed in November when outside air was cooler and therefore didn't require as much freon.)

"That would be the fault of the installation company, they should have know better to check the freon levels after installation. November weather was perfectly fine for checking the freon levels in Romona. Our evaluation was 100 percent correct based on our analysis of the unit and its age and installation date, the original installation company made a mistake by not putting enough freon in the unit and if it was too cold to test during installation in November, which makes no sense, then the original installation company should have told the owner of the situation so her unit would not freeze up. We did every thing by the book and had no errors. Customer who gave this review is uneducated on the HVAC process and how the unit works."

An air expansion tank was in place on the heater they replaced the previous one. When they installed the new heater, they did not replace the expansion tank. They told me they would check code to see if it was required. I never heard back from them.

A water leak came in said it was fixed, charged $600.00, WAY TOO MUCH! The next day, it was leaking again. Called them, they came back found it was a gasket, replaced gasket. They did have to cut into the ceiling because it was an upstairs bathroom but $600.00 was too much.

"Our prices are very fair, there was a lot to be done here and we stick behind our warranty as you can see from the customer's comments - we have been in business since 1958 and have fair pricing for work that is performed for our customers. The customer was given the price before the work was done and accepted the price - why would she complain after the fact makes no sense - she paid for a service - knew the price before the job was accepting."

Juan was the representative and installer for my new water heater. He presented me several options and I selected the highest quality WH with an extended warranty. Juan came the next morning on time and replaced my old WH with a new one. His workmanship was superb and was very complete in ensuring there was no leaks. He was neat and clean in keeping the area tidy. The installed WH worked well and i was very satisfied with his excellent workmanship. I highly recommend ACE contractors and especially Juan

The contractor came just as promised on time. Asked for my concerns, checked out the issue and reported that everything seems to work properly (the air conditioning condensation is draining with no evidence of water residue). The field supervisor left his business card, in case of future concerns. There was no work involved. Very good service.
