.They were prompt, clean and very friendly. Also, listened to what I wanted done.  I will be using them again for all my future painting project as I was very happy with the finished product as they went way above and beyond what I requested.

These guys are fabulous.  They've worked with us on several projects, and we've been completely happy with the results.  In this project, we removed the dated fluorescent box light from our kitchen and replaced it with recessed lighting.  This of course left a hole and outline in the middle of the ceiling to deal with.  After Lancaster's professional work, the kitchen is beautiful, and you'd never suspect that it had a facelift.  On to our next project!

Dave came over and did the preliminary walk thru around house.  They got started the next day.  I had used Lancaster back in the 80's so I pretty much knew their work.  I think it took a little over a week to paint our 2500 sq foot house.  They were very professional and cleaned up very nicely.  I had absolutely no complaints, but over time you see little things pop up.  Front door was chipping, and they had smeared paint on the edge of an outside door.  No biggie, I called Jennifer and she said to fill out their communication on their website.  I did and Dave called me a couple days later.  He came over and fixed the issues.  They want their customers happy which I can say did not happen with another company I used prior in the year.   I do think they charge more, but I believe in the long run its worth it.  The house I had painted in the 80s still looks great!!! (corner of Old Vineyard and Marshall)  I would definitely use them again.  Love Dave and Jennifer!!!
The garage door was painted dark brown (color of house) instead of the white I had chosen.  Dave happily would have redone it, but I stayed with that color.

All worked out very welll!! Jennifer was excellent!! good pricing and detailed information. Suggested doing priming and double coat. Andre and his crew did a wonderful job. Very professional. Took care of the broken fence and internal patches ( ofcourse at additional cost) Very good texturing on the interior roof and perfect matching with interior paint!! Definitely will hire again!! I have never in my life heard of a painter declining a job, after an agreement has been signed. My husband and I had a very large job with a previous painter who unfortunately ruined our house. We were in the process of filing a claim for his bond, so we contacted lancaster because we trusted them to rectify the situation for us. They were very nice and respectful through the whole process, and we were the ideal customers. After hours of telephone conversations and multiple walk through estimates, lancaster was suppose to come for a final walk through so they could start the job a few days later. At this point contracts had been signed, deposits made and we were excited to move forward and forget our previous painter nightmare. Prior to the final walk through, we get a call from the owner of Lancaster saying that he declines our painting job. Baffled by the statement, my husband asks why? The only reason the owner gave was that it was just a "gut feeling." You can only imagine how upset we were since we were knee deep in this painting nightmare already. We trusted Lancaster to help us fix the situation and they abandoned us.

The Guys from Lancaster (Toby, Dave) are great not only did they put up with my stuff they did a great job on the house.
They walked us through the whole process and told us exactly what to expect and provided a timeline that they stuck to. I have since had them return to paint my new fencing and they did a great job there too... I would have them back
again without any issues.

The father and son who painted our cabinets did an excellent job.  They were neat, accurate, pleasant and did a very professional job.

We had a deadline we needed to meet and they kept to the schedule 100%. They are professional and the work is of quality. We are very happy with the results. They did a few extra things for us which was appreciated as well. I did ask for quote's from others which quoted me lower prices but concerns of insurance and getting the job done on time were greater than the cost. Sure, you can always find someone to do a cheap job but if you want quality of service and product and you want peice of mind that the job is going to get done right and be warranted, I would go to Lancaster Painting. I recommend Lancaster for sure.

My husband and I recently downsized to a home that had not been updated for over 50 years. With the help of Lancaster Paint they gave this outdated home a fresh look.  They were very friendly and professional and completed the work in a timely fashion. .Jobs were completed in a timely and orderly fashion.  Workers were neat and pleasant.  They knew therir job and completed as promised.  This is a first rate company and should be considered for any painting job.

Day 1

Arrived on time and set up drop sheets and prepared the upstairs and downstairs hallways for painting.  The walls were completed on day one and everything was cleaned up prior to departure.



Day 2

Arrived on time and did necessary set up of drop sheets and taping to paint all baseboards, trim and 14 doors.  The job was completed, clean up done and results amazing.

I contacted Lancaster for a quote to paint the exterior trim of one of my rental homes.  The home is 16 years old and generally in fine condition but some maintenance was required to help preserve its appearance.  The stucco is great and the eaves are also fine but the trim was weathered and faded.  Lancaster's office/scheduling staff was efficient courteous and professional.  I set the appointment with them and a day later they asked if the appointment could be moved up to accommodate scheduling conflicts to which I agreed.  Toby met me at the property on time.  He was really nice to speak with; he assessed the job, provided the quote, and I accepted (it was competitive compared to two others I had received).  I provided a sample of the gutter color that I needed matched, he took the sample, and he procured the brand/color of paint that I preferred.  The crew arrived punctually on the job date and were efficient, clean, professional, courteous, and had several years of experience.  I have had less than positive experience with painters in the past but Raul and his coworker were excellent.  Their pace was methodical and their attention to detail and precision was much appreciated.  I felt like they really took pride in their work and I appreciate that Lancaster management promotes the idea of quality instead of  having their crews rushing through a job to get as many done in a day as possible.  The couple of tiny touch ups that I noticed upon final inspection (and I do mean tiny) were addressed quickly and happily.

The price perfect for the service they provide.  I recommend them to anyone. They are always professional, on time, and the quality of work is worth every dime. They are excellent. I could not ask for anyone nice.  The service we get is top notch.
