A great experience overall. My Honda Civic was overdue for one of the major service packages. I took the opportunity to also fix a problem with the suspension and replace my car radio which was broken.
Every step was handled smoothly and professionally. My rep explained options clearly and made recommendations that helped me decide how much to spend an my old car. Car was fixed on time, with no surprises on the bill.
Probably not the absolute cheapest place to go for service, but I'm happy and will go back!
