The service was very good. They're explained what was going on and what I needed on the whole process that I needed for them.

They literally showed up to my house, knowing that we wanted the whole house cleaned up after a remodel- we were willing toK-pay $750 b/c we have 2 little ones, they did a BAIT & SWITCH and told me the $750 job was going to cost anywhere b/w $3k- $4k!!!
Then he tried to tell me he'd do me a favor by lowering the price to $1500!  That's still 2X of what they quoted. They claimed it was b/c it was going to require more labor hours b/c our house was bigger than they estimated-- 2K sq feet---they said they assumed it was 500 sq ft.  How could they quote us something w/out even asking how big our house is?!?!!?
They are crooks and are literally trying to gauge their customers.
First they reschedule the appointment from Monday to Tuesday, calling us late on a Sunday night- then they show up and want to charge us $3K-$4K!  
All he could say was he was SORRY- but nothing else.  
PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME as they are unprofessional and pulled a bait and switch!

They were reliable, they were clean, and they were reasonably priced.  I didn’t have any problems getting an appointment.

Great experience. They were recomended by the plumber. I had no experience with them before. They came out early Sunday morning and cleaned up a large mess under my house. They made the area workable for the plumbers to repair the sewer the next day. They left a large blower on all night to help dry out the area and dissapate the odor. They were very clean and made sure to keep all dirty items in plastic bags . Andrew was a big help.

They completed the work in a timely and professional manner. At completion the contractor, Andrew, said the work was completed. He said it was still a little damp under the house, but all was well. Some of the work included in the original estimate did not have to be done according to Andrew. When my plumber came to do the work and went under the house, he said that it was not completed to his satisfaction, and he even asked me if I had really had the work done. He called Servpro, and they said that it was the best they could do.

Prompt and friendly service. The owner explained the process and was on-time for service call and again later in the week to remove dehumidifier units.

HE WAS VERY HELPFUL AND THOROUGH. HE WAS KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT MOLD, WHAT IT LOOKS LIKE, THE VARIOUS TYPES, AND HOW TO TREAT IT. HE MEASURED THE MOISTURE LEVEL, ETC. HE IS CERTIFIED AND LICENSED.
