The service was very good. They're explained what was going on and what I needed on the whole process that I needed for them.

They literally showed up to my house, knowing that we wanted the whole house cleaned up after a remodel- we were willing toK-pay $750 b/c we have 2 little ones, they did a BAIT & SWITCH and told me the $750 job was going to cost anywhere b/w $3k- $4k!!! Then he tried to tell me he'd do me a favor by lowering the price to $1500! That's still 2X of what they quoted. They claimed it was b/c it was going to require more labor hours b/c our house was bigger than they estimated-- 2K sq feet---they said they assumed it was 500 sq ft. How could they quote us something w/out even asking how big our house is?!?!!? They are crooks and are literally trying to gauge their customers. First they reschedule the appointment from Monday to Tuesday, calling us late on a Sunday night- then they show up and want to charge us $3K-$4K! All he could say was he was SORRY- but nothing else. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME as they are unprofessional and pulled a bait and switch!

Couldn't have gone better and I am very satisfied with the terrific job Servpro did for me. See the story from start to finish above.
Description of Work
Because of a torn vent screen, a skunk got in under our house and died. Didn't know that until the odor started wafting in the slider door in my den. Called ServPro and spoke with Mike. Told him I thought something was dead under my house so he sent Christopher out to see what was going on. Christopher suited up, went down in my crawlspace, came up with the dead skunk in a bag and took it out to the Servpro truck. Deodorized under the entire house and left a huge fan to sterilize the air in the house. Left the fan for 3 days and when he came back to pick it up he deodorized under the entire house again because I could still smell just a little of the dead skunk odor. Used a stronger deodorizer the second time and that did the trick. Both Mike (on the phone) and Christopher could not have been nicer to me. Very very kind and I recommend them highly!!!! Got my nice smelling home back now and am happy as a clam. : )

They were reliable, they were clean, and they were reasonably priced. I didn’t have any problems getting an appointment.

I had a plumbing problem so I contacted Serve Pro for mold remediation. They went under the house, removed some mold, did some fumigation, and that sort of thing.

Great experience. They were recomended by the plumber. I had no experience with them before. They came out early Sunday morning and cleaned up a large mess under my house. They made the area workable for the plumbers to repair the sewer the next day. They left a large blower on all night to help dry out the area and dissapate the odor. They were very clean and made sure to keep all dirty items in plastic bags . Andrew was a big help.

They completed the work in a timely and professional manner. At completion the contractor, Andrew, said the work was completed. He said it was still a little damp under the house, but all was well. Some of the work included in the original estimate did not have to be done according to Andrew. When my plumber came to do the work and went under the house, he said that it was not completed to his satisfaction, and he even asked me if I had really had the work done. He called Servpro, and they said that it was the best they could do.

There was water under the house due to a leaky drain pipe. My Plumber said I would have to have it dried out before he could perform the work. He contacted them for me and made the arrangments. I was given an estimate and told what work they would perform. (I also checked them out on Angies list)

HE WAS VERY HELPFUL AND THOROUGH. HE WAS KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT MOLD, WHAT IT LOOKS LIKE, THE VARIOUS TYPES, AND HOW TO TREAT IT. HE MEASURED THE MOISTURE LEVEL, ETC. HE IS CERTIFIED AND LICENSED.

HE PERFORMED AN A THOROUGH INSPECTION REGARDING POSSIBLE MOLD PROBLEM. GARAGE HAD SOME SIGNS OF MOLD/WATER DAMAGE. HE GAVE CLEARANCE: NO MOLD PROBLEM.
